I had a very pleasant stay at this 3-star hotel. The location is excellent — very central and convenient for exploring the city. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was in good condition, clean, and comfortably furnished. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with its delicious and varied selection. The room service was also more than satisfactory and contributed to an overall positive experience. I would gladly stay here again.

나름 깨끗함. 다만 비품이 거의 없고 냉장고가 없는게 가장 흠이라면 흠. 암스테르담이 넓지 않기 때문에 20분 내외면 걸어서도 웬만한데는 갈 수 있음. 가격대비로는 살짝 글쎄

My second stay at this hotel and I went for the double twin room. It was very spacious and it had a nice coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and I had a good couple of nights sleep. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The room and the bathroom were nice and clean. The people at the front are very nice and provide a 5 star rating with their welcoming smiles and great demeanor. I will definitely stay here again when I come back..

Don’t be put off by the exterior of this hotel. Once inside it’s lovely. The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful if they tried. Our TV wasn’t working so we were offered another room immediately. The concierge was great with guidance as to where to spend our money (he warned us of the dodgy shops and areas where they charge more) We want to go back and would happily stay here again. 😁

This is a small boutique hotel near the center city. The rooms are small but big enough that two people are fine. The hotel urned out to be conveniently located and we could walk everywhere we needed to. There are no telephones in the rooms, so that could be a concern. Breakfast is a continental breakfast for an additional 12 euros p/p. Would stay again.

First of all I would like to say that the staff are great. The give you directions to anywhere and they are nice about it. There is staff always on site. The room was simple with a bathroom, a bed and a desk. It is good for a solo traveler and the price is right. Quiet because is not at the city center but you can get anywhere by walking within 20 minutes. Great location for walking and there are shops, and restaurants nearby. The hotel offers breakfast for a price but I opted out because I like to get out and eat. Overall, I recommend this hotel for people on a budget. It doesn't have many frills but you don't need much when everything is within walking distance. Staff is amazing.

The mattress was the worst I have ever had in a hotel room. Its a simple as that. I have travelled extensively and this mattress was lumpy and sagged to the middle. There are other smaller issues but for the place you plan to sleep, a good sleep is everything.

Amazing staff, they are all very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that the bathroom was in bad condition, it wasn’t cleaned very well, but I have to mention that I booked the hotel at 10pm so they might not have had the time to clean it well. Amra was incredible. As well as all the other staff members
