Great location and beautiful property! They keep the front doors locked, so I felt very safe. FYI, you can hear the bells ringing from the nearby church which is nice, but also takes some getting used to during the night. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the room and hotel and location. The only issue was that we had booked a queen bed and our room had side-by-side singles, which the woman at reception declined to change into a queen. Besides that, the lobby far was fun and we had a wonderful stay.

Great boutique hotel 5 min to Anne Frank House and restaurants and a market and a bike rental nearby. Rooms large for European standards and area quiet . Overall service was excellent, special shout out to Camille for going over and beyond. Would definitely return!

Excellent location and staff service. Rooms have no closet space and when two people stay for more than 1 night, this is extremely inconvenient.

Perfect area for walking, shopping and eating. Hotel clean and quiet, with very helpful staff.

Staff was great. Restaurant and bar area were nice, but limited. Rooms were pretty, but do not have any place to store clothing. There’s no closet, dresser, or shelves…only 6 hangers on a privacy screen.

The bed was very comfortable but the room is extremely small. I think 2 people would be very cramped. The desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They do not have any bellhops to help with luggage. I did not eat any meals there. The dining room is fine dining only and I preferred to eat in local cafes.

The beds are uncomfortable, the hotel has a musty smell, I think it's the carpets.

Awesome location and beautiful decor. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was that the room was smaller than expected and didn’t have a ton of hangers, or areas to hang clothes for both my partner and I. There was no closet… just a couple hooks on a decorative divider.

Lovely interior design, excellent bedding, one of the best neighborhoods in town--right across from the 5 star hotel Pulitzer. Decent food. Easy access to anything I needed. Very happy with my stay.

The location is great. It is expensive but not many perks

Let’s get straight to it: the bathroom. Lord help me. The shower is complicated. Needlessly complicated. All we need is water coming out of a shower head with some reasonable level of water pressure. Then there is the toilet, which is separated from the sink in another room. Picture it…you do your business but can’t wash your hands. At least not immediately. You have to go to another room to wash your hands. Imagine the germs on the door handle. The other room with the sink and shower…it has no door. And the toilet paper…is painfully rough. This shouldn’t be that difficult. It’s just a bathroom. That said, the bed was very comfortable. Pillows and bedding were excellent. And location was great.
