1. located at a convenient place where you can reach the hot spots of the city within 20 min. 2. sound proof of the building and the rooms are not good which induces nuisance at some time. 3. can rent a bike in the hotel with good price, which is convenient and helpful for touring around as the city is a bike-city.

地方不難找，跟電車站也近。房間很小，打開一個行李箱就沒其他位置。床墊超級軟，軟到腰都痛。房間是沒有隔音的，隔壁房間跟樓下大街的聲音都很清楚。wifi基本上是跟沒有一樣，連上後會一直斷。

Staff at the reception desk, staff in the kitchen, and staff for cleaning the room are all nice and willing to talk to you

On my arrival I felt the receptionist was bother by me for asking for directions, she told me Do you have google? Yes, but as a new person I would like some input on the locals. The other staff after her, were very nice and happy to assist. The room was very small and worn out. No the best cleaning I found dust on some places. Breakfast wasn’t the best.

I love this hotel, all new and cool, nice and the greatest location at Rembrandtplein with tram one minute from the hotell. Over all- great vibe! The staff is so friendly, serviceminded and kind (and they make an amazing Java espresso). ❤️ The room I got was exellent, view towards neighbours, so nice and quiet. The bed was after my preferances, in-room coffee machine is a must for me and they have that.

We got a room in the annex building. The room was dirty, I put my back pack on the top of the armoire and a cloud of dust came down, smelly and in bad need of maintenance. The bed is narrow with a mattress so soft that if you don’t sleep dead center, yo slip to the floor. Also a dangerous step to get into the bathroom, tripped a couple of times. Good points: nice view, good air conditioning.

This hotel was in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the family suite and it was very spacious.

I stayed as a solo traveller and it was perfect. I booked a small one bed room and it was just as I expected. Comfortable bed and everything I needed including a hairdryer, coffee machine and comfortable bed. Nice Italian next door as well. Staff were friendly and helpful and it is in a lovely area which felt very safe. Such excellent value.

Very nice location, close to everything you need. Close to nice restaurants, metro, canal boats and both the more calm Jordaan and the more party side of Amsterdam. The personal was very nice and helpful! 5/5 would visit this again!

The two receptionists were very helpful. One recommended a very nice restaurant, A. Van de Weers for mmore traditional Dutch cusine. We would return to the hotel in the future.

Focused and attentive staff.

The hotel is well located near the downtown area and very close to restaurants, bars, bakeries and anything else that you may need in respect to food and drink. The desk personnel were extremely friendly and very helpful when we needed directions. Many attractions are within walking distance, 10-30 minutes. The coffee maker in the room was a welcome touch. The shower in the bathroom was strangely placed as it was basically open to the rest of the room and the entire floor got wet when using it. Personally, I found the bed to be very comfortable although my wife found it hard and said that it hurt her back. It was also placed almost directly on the floor so being 65 and 66 years old we found it a bit difficult getting in and out of it, especially myself as my side was up two steps and therefore lower to the ground than my wife's side. All in all, the hotel is in a great area and understanding that this is Europe, the rooms are small and sometimes strangely constructed. I would still recommend this hotel.
