2. sound proof of the building and the rooms are not good which induces nuisance at some time.

地方不難找，跟電車站也近。房間很小，打開一個行李箱就沒其他位置。床墊超級軟，軟到腰都痛。房間是沒有隔音的，隔壁房間跟樓下大街的聲音都很清楚。wifi基本上是跟沒有一樣，連上後會一直斷。

The staff here were the most helpful, friendliest and knowledgeable staff I have ever come across at any hotel ever. When you asked for options, they either already knew the options or were very proactive in getting the information for you. Room is SUPER small but budget friendly. Location was right in front of a beautiful canal and walkable to city center. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast options were pretty good too.
