This hotel has a great location — it’s very close to Amsterdam Central Station and has an elevator! They also offer free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which is very convenient for travelers. However, our first night happened to be a Saturday, and from evening until early morning, there were a lot of drunk or partying people yelling, shouting, or laughing loudly right on the street below our window. Fortunately, it was our first day in Europe, and due to jet lag, we were all exhausted, so the kids still managed to sleep. I'm not sure if it's possible to install soundproof windows in such an old building, but it would definitely help with the noise. That said, the lack of air conditioning is another issue. The beds were also too soft for our preference. I would recommend light sleepers avoid booking on weekends. The best part of our stay was the breakfast — it was quite generous and fresh.

The hotel staffs are very helpful. The restaurant staff choose different candle color on tables and it is interesting. The age of hotel is 450 and with poor soundproofing. I heard footsteps upstairs in midnight. However,the convinence of transporation ,the friendliness are owesome.

Easy to find, very close to the central railway station. Room is okay, but there are steps you have to aware on the room. TV is small and hanged too high, not comfortable for viewing.

Environment is quite and clean. But you can hear noise when other quests are walking outside of the room. Traffic is continent and near central station.

Temizliği iyiydi. Girişte çok sıcakkanlı karşılandım. Tek sorun, birinci kattaydım, altımızda çeşitli restorantlar vardı ve camlarda ses yalıtımı olmadığı için gece sabaha kadar sokaktaki insanların yüksek sesle yaptığı konuşmalar olduğu gibi odadaydı. Uyku açısından iyi bir tercih değildi.

部屋は広い。ただ、アネックスで宿泊したが、螺旋階段でスーツケースを上げるのは大変。

La Habitación estuvo limpia, el desayuno bastante completo. Además que el hotel esta súper cerca de la estación central que es lo más conveniente.

Really enjoyed staying here and eating and drinking at the attached restaurant and bar. The staff was very nice and though the rooms are old, they are comfortable and clean. Without even asking we had clean towels every day and the room was tidied.The location is fabulous-very close to train station and lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Great food in the restaurant, Prince Charming. We ate there twice, both times excellent with great service. Overall this is a good value for the cost.

Prins Hendrik is unusual in that it serves breakfast. The rooms are quite noisy but again this is a hotel in the centre of the city near the red light district, so noise should be expected. The hotel is very close to Amsterdam Centraal station.

Noisy, no water, no hair dryer, no WiFi in the room, The elevator broke down, and I had to take the steep, narrow stairs. My shins got banged up on those narrow wooden steps more than once. It really hurt

Front desk staff are amazingly helpful with check-in, baggage, directions to where I wanted to go. Breakfast had a nice variety with hot food, fruits, breads, yogurt….. Room was very clean and well attended to daily. Location was near central train station and other public transportation. Places to eat were close by.

The elevator was not working and no help to get bags upstairs. the steps were only 5" wide and treacherous

Bad service, bad bed, Bad reception, very late check in & very early check out. And Very bad way of dealing with customers.

Huone oli jo vanha ja portaikot on ns. paloportaikot, hissiä ei ollut käytössä. Kohde sopii nuorille, mutta ei vanhemmille ihmisille, matkalaukkua ei esimerkiksi pysty portaikossa kuljettamaan, koska tilaa on yksinkertaisesti niin vähän.
