Situated at the heart of Tilburg, it's just within 10 minutes' walk from the train station. They run two good restaurants. The room is modern and clean. The bed mattress seems to provide support unevenly. I guess they have to change some of weary ones.

Friendly, Clean, comfortable. And there is Sauna at hotel.

飯店前面就是一個熱鬧的廣場，圍繞許多餐廳，有一個噴水池夏天有許多兒童遊玩。還有一個教堂在旁邊，飯店房間看出去的景觀很好，也沒有噪音問題。酒店大廳和房間都很乾淨，入住和退房的過程很溫馨。整體感受良好，完全可以彌補離火車站稍遠的問題。

At the city center and close to the train station. Staffs are friendly and room is clean. It is highly recommended.

No doubt it's one of the best in Tilburg. Right at the heart of the city. Accommodating staff. The restaurants are highly recommended. Eat at where you stay.

I had a very bad experienses with this hotel. My friends stayed there for four days. Hotel used my credit cards to make the authorisation. When checked it out, I asked the staff there to cancel it. They promised they will cancel it before 12;00am at the same date which they did not. One week passed, the cancellation had not been done either.

駅から徒歩7〜8分の立地で、こちらも機械で チェックイン。部屋はスーツケースをゆっくり開けられる広さでした。部屋の窓から、 近くの教会？がよく見えて圧巻でした。 掃除も行き届いています。いわゆる、ウォッシュタオル(一番小さいタオル)はなく、フェイスタオルで手を拭きました。他のホテルも そうだったので、今はこれがスタンダードなのですね。良いホテルでした。

Hele schone, nette kamer. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt en erg vriendelijk personeel.

The price of the breakfast becomes a bit expensive year after year... too expensive now for what it is

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, good pool (when there are no swimming lessons...), very good located.

Staff helpful. Room clean but air conditioning poor. Good the car park linked to hotel.

I made a reservation at this hotel through Expedia back in October, reserving & paying upfront for a room in May 2026, there was a concert at the venue close by. 2 weeks before arrival the hotel called saying they had moved me to a hotel a few miles from the city centre due to overbooking a whole floor worth of rooms and they had to move all the ones made through Expedia or other 3rd party websites first. I told them the reason I was staying in the city centre was because I wanted to be close to the concert venue, a 3 minute walk. Instead of a 10 minute drive, the hotel did offer to pay for up to 4 taxis, however I explained this would be inconvenient to myself, both myself and my friend who was staying with me were arriving to the station at different times & also both leaving the next day at different times, well there’s four taxi trips, without going into the city to the concert, I also didn’t want the hassle of constantly having to think about how and when to get a taxi, it’s the whole reason I booked a hotel in the city centre. I spoke with another manager who went away for a week to look at other options. After multiple phone calls through the week prior to arrival they said they had found an apartment for me in the city centre, so I appreciate the effort they went to to find me this, they paid for it on my behalf. hadn’t received any check in details to the apartment. Around 15:00 on arrival dayreceived a call from the apartment telling me they hotel hadn’t paid them!

Really nice hotel with friendly staff and excellent location.

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Hele fijne kamer. Helaas geen tijd gehad voor het zwembad.

Achter de tv op de kamer was het een zwijnenstal. Na de eerste dag deed onze kamerpas het niet meer omdat die voor 1 dag was geactiveerd ipv 2 dagen. Matras leek wel aan vervanging toe, werd met rugpijn wakker. Mij viel op tijdens het ontbijt dat het erg lang duurde voordat de tafels werden opgeruimd. Wel opruimen, maar er werd geen doekje over de tafel gehaald waardoor andere gasten aan een kruimelige of niet schone tafel moesten ontbijten. Ook werd er te lang gewacht met het bijvullen van beleg en dergelijke. Het kwam op mij allemaal een beetje knullig over.

Prima ligging in het centrum van de stad. Er mag wel eens achter de radiator van de badkamer worden schoongemaakt.

Great location, Excellent staff, good breakfast. However, I cannot believe we got stained curtains and thinned out cheap towels for the price we paid. Moreover the sofa bed was so uncomfortable, felt every hard piece underneath.

Breakfast was very nice. The pool and sauna were great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. The carpet was visibly dirty with multiple stains, and the furniture did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was dust throughout the room, and overall it felt poorly maintained and unhygienic. For a hotel, this level of cleanliness is simply not acceptable. I expected a much higher standard, and this significantly affected my stay. This is not my first stay...
