머큐어 호텔 틸버그 센트룸

체크인이 너무 느리다. 피트니스 센터가 있기는 하나 유료이다. 호텔의 위치가 유흥가 한복판이라 주말 새벽의 취객들의 고성방가로 인해 숙면을 취하기 어렵다.

When I visit to Tilburg, I always stay in this hotel.,good location from the train station. Nice room. very kind staffs.

위치 등 여러가지 맘에 들었지만 특히 깔끔한 조식부페에서 'coffee to go ' 라 써 놓고 일회용 컵에 커피를 담아갈 수 있는 부분에 감동받았습니다 틸뷔르흐에 갈 일이 있다면 강추입니다

Very nice place to stay in centre. I have stayed here before and will return, but a mistake means I was charged for my room twice and have to wait for a refund!

The room felt big and ample. Everything looked clean. There were enough towels and toiletries. There was also a mini bar for a couple of sodas and water which was great because I was super thirsty when I got it to the hotel. My only complaint is that the lighting was all overhead and it was the same lights so they cast a big shadow on everything. It’s not ideal for doing your makeup! haha the temperature was fine in the room and also the water in the shower had great pressure, there was instant hot water so you didn’t have to wait much to hop in.

The staff were very kind. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Rental bikes are great!

I booked a room for 1 night , and this is not the first time ive been a guest at this hotel. I got room 227. I imformed the front desk about the lights in my room wasnt going off and i was told she would check up on it, and she did not. So the only way to have a dark room without lights on , was to pull out the key card by the door to cut of the electricity. And by doing that, you're not gonna be able to charge your phone for exampel. I also got a room with blood on the sheets , so over all i had a bad experiences and i ended up going over to a friend to spend the night there. So i booked and paid for a room i didnt use more then 2 hours for a nap - after the fact i noticed blood on the sheets (this is so unacceptable) Im not gonna stay in this hotel again, this visit was a waste of money. And im so disappointed.

Loved the location and the staff couldn’t have anymore friendly. We felt so welcome and safe. There were a couple of issues in our room, specifically the towel rail and toilet roll holder falling off the wall. The sliding bathroom door was also very rickety but the beds were so comfortable and our family room was perfect for us. The only other thing to mention was just outside of the hotel there were lots of bars which we didn’t hear any noise from but there was a lot of broken glass everywhere which with a 3 year old was a bit problematic. Not the hotel’s fault in the slightest but just something to watch out for. Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved exploring Tilburg. Would stay again.

I had a very good stay here, staff were very friendly and breakfast had a great assortment of food available. I thought the room was large and I had a comfortable sleep.

Fatiscente, sporco, a colazione le due cameriere preferivano stare a chiacchierare piuttosto che pulire i tavoli. Sollecitate a pulire il nostro tavolo, la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare. Praticamente le briciole e tutto il resto venivano semplicemente spostate con il panno umido lasciandole, in piu’, bagnate sul piano. Spegnendo la luce per riposare, veniva tolta la corrente alle prese sotto i comodini non ricaricando accumulatori, cellulari ecc

I visited Tilburg to see a concert in the venue Poppodium 013. Mercure Hotel is just around the corner from the venue (2 minutes walking). The train station is about 10 to 15 minutes on food. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Upon booking I asked if they have vegan breakfast options available, which they did. On my first morning, a member of staff walked me around the breakfast buffet to show me the relevant options. Plenty to choose from (both vegan and non-vegan options). The hotel is centrally located in Tilburg, right in the city centre. Currently, the AC in the rooms is being upgraded. In my room, there was still an old system which didn't really cool the room down. I left the window open whenever I was in the room which helped a lot. One night it was getting noisy outside with the window open and I had to close it again. With a closed window, the room was quiet and peaceful; noises were blocked out well. In the room, a kettle, teabags and coffee maker were provided, as well as a mini fridge. The lobby had another coffee maker, tea and water to choose from, free of charge. The lobby also provides comfortable sitting arrangements. On my last evening I noticed that there were bicycles in the lobby with the hotel name on it. Unfortunately I didn't realise it earlier or I would have asked about renting one for the day :) The hotel also offers umbrellas for rent.

Lovely stay here We all slept well, added touch a couple of chocolates, kids were very happy

TV cannot work. But overall it’s good

Erg centraal hotel in het centrum. Echter, kamer erg ouderwets en gedateerd. Gezien de (veel te hoge) prijs, waren de verwachtingen hoger. Prima voor een nachtje, maar verwacht niet teveel.

Really good
