I respect the building was historic and that the decoration will be a bit old. However the WiFi connection was bad and I can only connect in the lobby. The hotel staff are also not enthusiastic in attending to guests’ requests. A lot of times you have to remind them for a couple of times before they will respond.

Clean. Great breakfast

Excellent location and well maintained. Friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet with something for everyone.

Plenty of choice but several times had to ask Staff to fill up empty dishes. Room was very clean but t.v. in room was only able to receive a couple of channels as the others were “scrambled” was reported but nothing changed. All Staff were friendly. Would have been nice to have some milk in the fridge and one day there was no teabags left in room after cleaning!

外観は古く感じますが、部屋はリホームされており清潔で広い部屋で満足でした。駅からも徒歩圏内で、広い商店街を抜けるので治安も問題ありませんでした。

We checkten na middernacht pas in en in eerste instantie werden we verzocht om te betalen terwijl ik al betaald had. We waren niet de enige waar het misverstand over het betalen betrof. Een dame na ons werd ook verzicht te betalen. Nadat de receptioniste een manager erbij haalde, bleek het toch te kloppen dat we reeds betaald hadden. Het bleek de city fax te zijn die ter plekke nog afgerekend moest worden. We kregen uiteindelijk een kamer op de bovenste verdieping (6e etage). Bij binnenkomst was het warm en benauwd op de kamer. We waren daar in juli en het was overdag ruim 28 graden geweest. Deze kamer heeft geen airco en we waren genoodzaakt om een raam en deur naar balkon op te houden gedurende de rest van de nacht. De kamer was op zich netjes en schoon en voor 1 overnachting was het nog te doen.

Jag brukar inte skriva jätte dåliga recensioner. Bemötandet vid incheckningen var jätte bra. Problemet var rummet som vi fick. Dörren var halv trasig och vi insåg omedelbart att bilderna var helt annorlunda än verklighet. Vi bestämde oss att omedelbart lämna, och personalen i recepcionen hjälpte med saken. Jag tror inte att detta hotell förtjänar 4 stjärnor.

Really enjoyable one night stay. I was concerned when reading reviews of poor AC and noise issues on a Saturday Night. I stayed on a hot Saturday night with no issues. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was first class. Nice and central hotel, near Beurs Metro, I would stay again.

Hotel was very clean. And shower was great condition. Hotel in a great location, only being a 5 minute walk from the central station. Beds were a bit hard, and the room was quite warm, but aside from this, would definitely recommend.

When we arrived to our room, we found out there was no air-con. We inquired if we could get 1 with aircon but none were available, so we were given a dusty fan. We were in a balcony room, so we had a door and window that we could leave open but in a heat wave, where shops and local restaurants were closed, you'd think they'd supply some air con units to the guests. The room was extremely stuffy, made me feel quite unwell and almost unbearable on the 1st 2 nights. Unfortunately, we were also kept awake by the hooting of car horns, traffic noise, the squealing of car tyres of vehicles racing in the car park next door and on the main road. The hotel is situated by the main road of shopping and above the side road with the car parks for shopping. The hotel blamed this noise on the football celebrations, but during the day we witnessed cars racing each other on side & main roads, most cars had what would be illegal exhaust pipes in the UK. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again, as even wearing ear plugs didn't stop the constant noise, and we never had a good night's sleep the whole time we were there. Very disappointing, for the money paid.

Booked simple room but was given 525 with Nespresso machine and a bottle of water. Room was air conditioned. Very good sleep. Great value for money. Would book again.

Hotel in Rotterdam city center. Close to shops, restaurants and transport services. Walking distance to several city landmarks, including train central station (15min<). Fine breakfast. A shout out to Dugi quite a people and service oriented person.

Ok hotell. But no AC. Old and worn. No bar and no restaurant. Ok breakfast
