很差的隔音 沒有電梯 糟糕的早餐

櫃檯接待很慢。沒電梯，樓梯很陡，兩人交會都有困難，更別說要扛行李走樓梯，非常危險。房間小到如監獄，共用衛浴及廁所只有一間。隔音極差，別說隔壁房間的講話聲了連走廊走路都聽的到。唯一的優點是地點方便。建議預算不高的人乾脆去住hostel，預算夠的人千萬別選這間。

客房設備不足，無線上網慢

房間很小，價錢卻頗高，設施老舊，房間很多異音，共用浴室會淹水。

The room is tiny, and each room does not have its own toilet and bathroom. Only some floors have the bathroom and toilet. There is no elevator, and the stairway is extremely small. It is difficult to carry luggages up and down.

Extremely dirty. Very loud area at night. Only the cleaning person and two of the receptionists were actually attentive and friendly. There is no lift and the stairs are crazy work. That by itself is not a problem but it is if you happen to travel with seniors, children, lower complications. Its conveniently located but that's really all it has going for it. Wouldn't stay here again. Would rate one star but I only have two more for the hard working cleaning guy who seems to be the only one having to do every single thing by himself and the two other sweet receptionists.

The location was ok, close to trams. There was no elevator which made bringing luggage in painfully difficult. Shared bath small and dirty, room very small and lacked outlets for charge and other needs. Staff not too engaged except for Alexandra

I will start saying that the staff was friendly and helpful and that the location of the hotel is really good. Although the hotel didn’t meet our expectations at all. Our room was located on the fourth floor and the lift was not in operation. There were three small beds (really small, I couldn’t even turn on my side) and a small sink in the corner. The floor wasn’t clean and the chair looked like they took it out of a 200 year old witch house. Nothing to do with the photos on the website! Not only they don’t match with the actual place, either they’ve been taken from another hotel or highly altered.

Everything about the hotel was amazing Location was great, super walkable and quiet center of everything. Highly recommend it and the staff were super kind friendly and nice as well

Vil anbefale at vælge et hotel længere ude og tage metroen ind. Beliggenheden på hotellet var virkelig centralt men ja comforten ville blive meget bedre længere ude fra centrum. Man betalte for meget for et gammelt slidt hotel.

Hotel is in a great location from the Train Station and on a great street with lots of food drink and shopping options. The room was tidy and we were lucky to have a view of the main strip. Will deffo stay in this hotel again.

The property is in a great location and the staff is very accommodating. Only thing is that the building is a little outdated and there is no "lift" or elevator to get you up to the 4th floor if that is where you are staying. Walking up the stairs can be a drag but other than that, its a good place for the price.

It was definitely two stars but great location, friendly staff and fabulous location. We put four adults into a room with four singles and it worked out great. Bathroom down the hall was managable as well. Lots of food choices all around. Central station 10 minute walk.

Great location. Hotel is rather shabby. But does the job.

Bed bugs in my bed. All eggs on the mattress had to book a new hotel

Very small family room for the price. Beds and bedsheet were not spot on clean. Good location. Expensive items and snacks for sale at reception.
