太好了，坐機場巴士10分鐘就到了，櫃臺人員太客氣了，特羅姆瑟太好了，空氣好，很棒，與太太看到極光了，是晚上12點。櫃臺小姐幫忙很多，因我們到以色列機票被取消，由于以黎衝突，櫃臺小姐幫忙連絡，非常感謝。總之，很棒的旅程，5天4夜。

酒店24有前台服务，地点位置很方便，离市中心各类饭馆很近，离每日活动集合点超近。 我们住的连体房，方便家庭，酒店有热水冲浪池深受小孩的欢迎。 酒店提供早餐和晚餐，晚餐变化太少，住了7晚，只吃了2晚。

Great location with Sauna at the top of the hotel. The heater in the room is not work, however the stuff has give us a portable heater to our room and solve the problem immediately. Overall, good service and experience in the hotel

Dienste des Hotels ist meh als perfekt! Wir konnten fast alles fußläufig erreichen. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Es gibt einen Whirlpool auf dem Dach der gegen eine Gebühr von umgerechnet etwa 5€ genutzt werden kann. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen, man hat eine wirklich tolle Aussicht über den Hafen von Tromsø. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und auch beim Abendessen haben wir immer was gefunden was uns geschmeckt hat. Das einzig negative für uns waren die Dusche und das Bett. Nach dem duschen stand das ganze Bad unter Wasser und das Bett war dermaßen unbequem, dass wir uns täglich unfassbare Nacken- und Rückenschmerzen rumgeschleppt haben. All in all ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir würde das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen und wieder buchen!

From the moment we arrived we were a bit thrown off. The lobby was full of guests waiting to check in but the desk clerk would not process anyone before 3pm, even though rooms were obviously ready. So we waited in a long queue, with only one person working, to finally get checked in. This is not how you want to start your stay, especially after a long day of travel. We were in Tromso celebrating my husband's birthday so I opted for a room upgrade at a cost of an extra $220 for 3 nights, bringing our grand total to $1320. To say the room was not worth that price is an understatement. Small, dingy, ourdated and unclean. We had a small balcony, but it was covered in snow, so were tracking snow in and out of the room. Also, I had advised we were coming for a special occasion and the hotel offered no gesture, which is surprising and disappointing. The hotel offered meals which is convenient for some guests. The breakfast seemed reasonable but the dinner was a sad affair. On our last night, they served chicken egg rolls as a main course. There was a roof top jacuzzi but, not only did you have to reserve time in 30 minute blocks, you had to pay for it! When we checked out, I expressed my disappointment and also showed photos of the room's poor condition. The staff person refunded me $60. What an insult! If you can find alternate accommodations in Tromso, take it.

Amazing location and the room was very clean upon arrival. Housekeeping was non-existent; my room wasn’t cleaned once during my four-night stay.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen und auch die Treffpunkte für Ausflüge sind sehr nah. Das Frühstück war, wie der Kuchen am Nachmittag und das Abendessen, sehr lecker. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatta. La camera era accogliente, piacevolmente calda (perfetta per il periodo) e davvero pulitissima. Inoltre la vicinanza al centro della città ha reso tutto più agevole.

Altfor mye gjester. Frokosten var kaos. Ikke plass å sitte, ikke rene kopper.

Ottima e completa colazione a buffet. Hotel con vista sul porto. Super!

Room spotless, very comfy bed, breakfast nice, evening meal a little repetitive but plenty, would definitely stay again

We stayed here for our anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful. Great restaurant recommendations from the front desk, we were able to book the rooftop hot tub for 2 hours and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will be back some day.

What a great find! We loved our stay here. Perfect location; close to everything and right on the water. Amazing breakfast buffet and nice snacks and dinner also provided. Our room was great; such comfortable beds, clean and spacious. The sauna and jacuzzi was fabulous as well! Easy check in and check out was much appreciated! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great staff, exceptional value for money especially with all the lovely food that was included in our price. Fantastic location and room 328 was very big.
