Hotel near to the city center and the view is perfect. Easy to access. Also the food and drink provide are excellent. Not sure if it is only happens on the room 301.The wifi signal is weak and sometimes even it linked to the WiFi but can't connect to the internet.

This hotel is located at the centre by the harbor side. It is convenient to walk to the airport bus stops or the meeting point of northern light tour or any site seeing pick up point. They offer breakfast, tea time and also dinner for guests. The room is cozy and the hotel is not next to the main road, so that you would have a quiet and comfortable night for sleeping, especially after a northern light tour. Last but not least, their staffs are friendly, helpful and full of hospitality.

特级房，早餐没有三文鱼很失望，旁边的同它一个集团的酒店有三文鱼。因为有孩子必须加床，又因为有免费的下午茶，和晚上简餐选择这里。性价比真不高。价格比四星斯勘迪克家庭房还贵，加床还要再收680克朗，不如自己外出晚餐了。

Staff were so friendly. Sauna was good and quiet. Nice pillow and duvet. Breakfast snack and dinner included- bonus!

Toller Blick auf den Hafen und Zimmerausstattung gut. Die Zimmerreinigung ist verbesserungsfähig. Schon bei der Ankunft waren die Shampoo- und Duschgelflaschen leer. In der Dusche waren noch fremde Haare. Auch im Saunabereich war alles leer und Handtücher nicht nachgefüllt. Beim Essen gab es nicht genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten und Küche und Personal kamen mit dem Nachfüllen von Essen und Geschirr nicht hinterher. Das Essen beim Abendessen war an einem Abend noch halb gefroren. Geschmacklich wäre es gut gewesen. Ansonsten eigentlich ein schönes Hotel in toller Lage.

Obwohl gewünscht bekamen wir kein Zimmer mit Meersicht. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist nicht überragend. Lose Dichtungen und Fugenschimmel in der Douche. Kein Kühlschrank und zu kurzes Kabel für den Teekocher. Das Nachtessen war einfach nur zum Magenfüllen aber nicht lecker.

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar direkt am Hafen, vom Speisesaal aus kann man sogar die Eismeerkathedrale. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich zudem die Haltestelle vom Flughafenbus. Die inkludirten Mahlzeiten war toll fürs Budget. Für mein Empfinden war das Zimmer nicht warm genug. Ein oder zwei Steckdosen mehr wären sehr von Vorteil. Es wäre schön, wenn beide Damen an der Rezeption freundlich wären und umfassenden informieren würden und nicht nur eine.

Nice hotel and well placed for exploring. Rooms were ok but as usual with this hotel chain, there was very little space for suitcases or putting clothes. Bear in mind our visit was winter so we had big coats, jumpers etc, it was a struggle to put them anywhere. The cold buffet and cold breakfast were great but the hot food was seriously no where near hot. Even if you were there when it was put out, meats were temperate and surely would not be acceptable by food standard’s agencies? Hot drinks machines were mostly out of action too.

We loved the area and the availability of the meals if we chose to eat there! Staff was pleasant

Excellent location and so good having free tea and coffee all day, overlooking the harbour. Enjoyed the sauna too and booked the rooftop jacuzzi at the sister hotel for a small fee. (£4). Breakfasts were delicious and really set us up for the day. Enjoyed the fika cake on days we were around. I’d considered the evening meal as a bonus - if we were around and liked it it would save us ££ from going out. As it happened we ate there 4 times. I’m a veggie and it was limited but ok. There were always 4 salads, usually one with lentils, beans or quinoa which made it more of a meal, a leafy salad, a pasta salad (not always veggie) and a slaw of some description. Usually a veggie friendly soup, focaccia bread. The mains were things like pasta bolognese or pork and mash with veg, so not any good for me but where there were separate elements I had some. Eg plain pasta which I added roasted veg too and some cream cheese. I also had seeded crisp breads and cream cheese and/or houmous. This fitted us as we had excursions or other plans so a quick ish meal and for free meant we spent the money on other things. Comfortable room, hot showers, friendly staff. Would recommend and would love to go back.

Skønt hotel, dejlig og venlig stemning. Vi havde et familieværelse, og det eneste jeg kan udsætte på opholdet er, at sovesofaen var meget dårlig at sove på, man kunne mærke fjederne i madrassen meget tydeligt. Det gav dårlig søvn, en tyk topmadras ville ændre søvnen til perfekthed.

Clean room, everything worked, staff friendly and attentive, great location on the harbour and close to shops etc.

Nice room. Fabulous breakfast and nice evening meal. Enjoyed the sauna and gym
