Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast. The only issue is that the walls are very thin and you hear your neighbours. Not cool when you are awaken at night because your neighbour is talking on the phone.

Hotel expetacular e com excelente custo benefício. Muito bem localizado, literalmente, no centro de Tromsø. Fizemos praticamente tudo à pé. Café da manhã excelente. No nosso quarto, teve arrumação todos os dias, mas nao teve limpeza do banheiro, apenas troca de toalhas. Único ponto que talvez possa ser corrigido pelo hotel. No mais, só elogios.

The service from start to finish was excellent- we were delayed and arrived 2 hours after our expected arrival. Greeted by friendly warm staff. Nathan was extremely attentive and helpful. He went out of his way to ensure we made the most of our trip. The room and and breakfast was spot on and met our high expectations. Ideally located in central Tromso.

Hotel in good location at the centre of tromso. Breakfast have a variety of choices. However, the design of shower room is a bit problematic which will make the washroom floor all wet after shower.

Veldig bra, ungen fikk velkomst gave. De skulle fått full med stjerner men pga litt dårlig rengjøring av rommet så mistet de en stjerne. Ellers topp plass, meget godt hotel frokost.

The room wasn't very clean, the cleaners came around once before 9am and if you had do not disturb up they didn't come back, just left a bag of towels. Breakfast buffet was good, it would be nice for the hot food to be hotter. Breakfast staff very nice. Front desk staff some nice , some not so nice.
