The request for an early check in was not honoured due to "late check outs" and the room was made available at 2.50 pm (10 min) before the official check in time. On day 2 I left for my work around 10.30 am leaving my room key at the reception with an instruction to get the room cleaned. On my return at 5 pm I am seeing that the housekeeping staff has just started the cleaning. It took them 30 min to put me in a different room. So overall it was not as expected from Radisson Blu property otherwise.

Good hotel. No issues. Value for money and a friendly, eager to please staff. Try and get a room with a good view.

My stay was marred by my unexpected health situation which suddenly happened and for which I had to cancel my remaining three nights' stay and return home. The hotel duty manager was duly informed and he promised to refund one night's stay. But when Hotel.com contacted them, the hotel refused to give a refund. Not a healthy business practice to say the least.

It is a reasonable hotel, though a bit pricey for the place and the condition of the property. Staff was helpful and courteous, though the veg. food quality was average.

I booked one King size bed. However when i reached there i got one room with 2 beds side by side which was not my choice. However i was forced to accept that since there was no room or upgrade given by the hotel. While i requested them to put the beds together they took so much time to come and after fixing it there was height diff between the beds leading to unevenness and gaps between the beds. Due to which i had to experience back pain and poor sleep. Their response was luke warm on why they offered me a room with 2 beds when my booking was clearly mentioned as king size bed. Real pathetic front office service.

Stayed at the Radisson on our Vaishno Devi trip, nice hotel, good food and lovely Spa. Worth the price
