Really really disappointed no ac for 3 days in the hotel, really sh*t experience don't ever go there don't waste your money staff are not responsible for any fault you can see in tht picture what they did with us I booked for 7 nights & advance paid but I leave that hotel in 2 nights I will never go to Radisson hotel. There is no difference between another branch hotel & Radisson hotel I am from Singapore and how they welcome their guest no one will pick up call in reseption no smiles on staff face never book this hotel remember better another residence hotel is better. About the general manager, he is big sh*t in this hotel:)
