You pay what you get, its ok

This property is perfect as a layover rest stop for passengers at PTY Panama Tocumen airport. The room and the amenities are as basic as it gets. They sell water and other drinks by the lobby. Even though it’s walkable, it’s best to get an uber or taxi from the airport to get here. The best part is that from the hotel, they have a free airport shuttle that leaves at 5 am, 8 am, and 1 pm. 🕐

The price is attractive and the proximity to the airport (PTY) is great.

The property was plain. But the girl at the front desk was very helpful.

I was not impress with the fact that the AC did not work at first. I had to go downstairs 3x to seek help. Also the TV did not work at all, i was told by the staff at the front desk. Upon leaving the next morning i saw a mice run down the stairs. I think the staff could have showed more hospitality.

While the property was next to the airport & you could hear planes taking off, it wasn't all that disturbing. Reservations included breakfast (maybe only coffee & toast) but this was not the case (there was a seating area & refrigerated case with sodas, juice & water and a few snacks for sale, food wasn't being served [although menu @ front desk indicated 3 cooked items] as i believe it indicated it was closed for remodeling/construction. The desk staff did store my food in their fridge for a couple of hours & i asked if they had a microwave to heat it, which they did for me. They had TVs in the rooms but i was not able to get a connection to use it. Room was small but comfortable with air-conditioning. It took a while to get hot water in the shower, maybe because it was in the back of the building & further from the water heater...who knows? Convenient (10 min) for early flight to the airport (letting them know me intent to use this the nite before) by their free shuttle @5am (only others posted on front desk @8am & 1pm)

It was alienating and no one could speak English. They showed no interest. The pool was in the parking lot

Despite cleanliness was ok, there was a plague of cockroaches. Additionally there were several issues about infrastructures conditions. Staff were friendly.

Great for a few night stay on a layover. Clean room, hot shower, cold air conditioning.

We stayed because we had a 12 Hour layover. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower had strong water pressure, but front desk person rude.

I like the proximity to the airport and it felt safe. The receptionist was unpleasant, doesn't smile, she looked upset and was not warm and accommodating. No clothes iron. There should be a clothes iron. Otherwise it was alright.

Good enough for overnight stay close to airport. Spacious room but basic. Unfortunately we did not have any hot water and the lady at the front desk was not able to assist us. No places to eat or get snack nearby but we came late and left early, you can get some drinks at the front desk. We did not have much luggage and we walked across to the airport in the morning.

Just a place to stay for 1 night maximum Sleep and go Nothing fancy, just a bed, shower, AC and a TV.

Nos quedamos una noche para descansar mientras salia el suguiente vuelo. Entiendo q es un hotel de paso pero las camas super incomodas, almohadas muy duras. El servicio sanitario no dejo de tirar agua toda la noche. Las personas q nos atendieron fueron cero amables.
