Well, the hotel needs to work on a better maintenance, the wall paper on the bathrooms is falling, there is rust every where on the building, lots of old furniture thrown behind the building. And the show at night is very poor, almost a waste. On a good note, food was wxcellent, the slides are good and hopefully they are planning to add some more. All and all a good experience, but needs a little tighting up to make it a better experience.

Had a terrible experience with Meyly and Alberto, my bed sheets had a mysterious yellow stain on them.

Very nice place to go with family. Staff are very friendly and the food is varied , the rooms are very good and clean as well the rest of amenities. Gym very well equipped. I will come back for sure.

El hotel estaba super lleno, al punto que la piscina se veía turbia. En en el area de la piscina hay una estación de músicacon un DJ... que esta muyyyy alto. Hicimos reserva en el restaurante Coco Solo, sin embargo, no es comida a la carta, es un buffet de carnes comun y corriente un tanto fría. La comida del buffet principal si estuvo muy rica. Nos hicieron limpieza y eramos 4 personas y solo nos reemplazaron dos toallas, me comunique a recepción para que me trajeran las que faltaban y nunca me respondieron.

The hotel amenities are great, the problem is that some of the staff is not to friendly. Another thing is with the pool towels, if you give them 2 tickets for 2 towels, why you also have to give your room number and name. Food is not that bad but the problem is that is always cold. The buffet is extremely hot if there is no breeze since they don’t have AC or fan around the room. Also, the AC on the rooms work great during the day but it looks like they adjust the temperature at night and you wake up sweeting. Not bad for the price but a lot of things to improve.

Family friendly,la sección "teens" necesitaría un poquito más de amor a las instalaciones y el quipo, nada más. la atención y preparación de bebidas en el bar muy bueno.

A pesar de quedar en un buen sector y tener muy buena playa, y estar inmerso en un condominio de casas y apartamentos buenos con campo de golf, La verdad es un Hotel máximo 3 estrellas, muy regulares lss instalaciones en su mantenimiento y limpieza. Falta de organización para las reservaciones de los restaurantes de la noche. Tienen un esquema administrativo, extraño, poco práctico y con poca calidad para el cliente. Conozco otros hoteles all inclusive de la zona y prefiero los demás.

Pros: All inclusive so one less thing to worry about. Air conditioning worked well. The stray dogs and cats on the property added a unique experience. Beach was nice with tons of seashells. Cons: Nothing peaceful about this resort. Pool side DJ blasting 90’s hits. Think YMCA mixed with a rave vibe. Drunk dads at the swim up bar. Nightly shows on the outdoor stage ended at 10pm. Even if you were not interested in joining you still felt like they were in your room. You can hear every word of every person walking through the halls and in neighboring rooms. Bring a sound machine/ear plugs if you want to fall asleep before 11pm. Plan on eating the same thing almost everyday unless you are very lucky and score a reservation at one of the 3 restaurants. You must wait in a line at 10am to try to get a reservation. We tried daily but nothing was available. The buffet was outside but enclosed with netting. HOT! Get to the buffet early for the fresh food. By the end of the service all cold food was hot and wilted. The gym is only available for 16+ even with a parent. Our 14 year olds who are both in training for sports were not allowed to work out with us. We made the best of it and took some local trips and overall had a great time in Panama but the resort however was disappointing overall.

Muito abaixo do padrão de um resort 5 estrelas Minha experiência no Gran Evenia Bijao Resort foi extremamente decepcionante e muito distante do padrão esperado de um hotel 5 estrelas. O banheiro do quarto alagava completamente a cada banho. O chuveiro precisou ser trocado, mas a ducha móvel continuou sem funcionar. As portas do banheiro estão totalmente deterioradas pela umidade e os lençóis estavam manchados. O resort possui apenas dois elevadores para atender todos os hóspedes. Durante três dias, um deles ficou interditado para manutenção (tenho fotos), obrigando centenas de hóspedes a utilizarem apenas um elevador e enfrentarem longas esperas. O check-in foi caótico, com mais de 60 pessoas em uma fila enorme, sem qualquer organização. As filas para reservar os restaurantes são absurdas e, sinceramente, o restaurante buffet é melhor do que os que exigem reserva. O pior foi a área destinada aos fumantes. Não questiono a existência do espaço, mas ele não possui cobertura contra sol ou chuva e, à noite, fica completamente às escuras (também tenho fotos). O local transmite insegurança, principalmente para mulheres sozinhas. Ao reclamar, ouvi da recepção que “nada seria feito”. O resort parece muito melhor nas fotos do que na realidade. Há problemas de manutenção, infraestrutura insuficiente e pouco interesse em resolver as reclamações. Foi uma das piores hospedagens que já tive. Não recomendo.

3 nuits passés en famille et avec des amis. L'établissement, son personnel, les chambres, les activités proposées (piscines, toboggans, billard...) : une réussite ! Niveau gastronomie : de la qualité, que cela soit au buffet ou les restos à thèmes. Bonus fort bienvenu : les boissons proposées (alcool ou sodas) ne sont pas coupées à l'eau comme le pratiquent notamment certains établissements dominiquains. Je conseille

Las instalaciones ya están deterioradas

sale, supplément vue ocean avec vue et bruit sur un chantier, mal entretenu, nourriture mauvaise. un hotel pareil ne vaut pas plus de 2 etoiles!
