巴拿玛酒店

La habitación limpia y con amplio baño. El cuarto con balcón de esquina espectacular. Todo el personal muy amable. Lo único es el ruido por las noches debido al "rooftop" La Azotea.

The room is lovely if you want no view or sunlight (nternal view means a weird window to the hallway / other rooms). It’s dark and peaceful though. The photos of the rooftop terrace are misleading. It is a separate business and the discount is nice but you will not feel comfortable hanging out in or around the pool. They have redone the patio and it is now a restaurant.

Muy atentos, serviciales. Los recomiendo mucho.

The noise from the roof top bar woke me three out of the four nights. Good room size and location for the cost. Damp smell in the room but good for what I needed at the time

Our first room was louder than the worst of Las Vegas, Nevada. There is a bar above the second floor and no sound proofing. The street noise was ok given the location. Our second room was less noisy after requesting a move.

I love it, but the music was really loud when they had a private party on the roof. I suggest to those who have a hard time sleeping through music, rent the first floor rooms or the ones that do not have a balcony

The room, hotel, location and staff were all fine. We reserved 3 nights. The worst rest/sleep. The roof top bar blares ear piercing techno music til the wee hours of the morning. After that, it sounds like furniture is being moved or dropped. Then, at the crack of dawn, the city noise, honking horns and what sounded like welding or sawing above our room. It was aweful. 3 nights of no sleep!room

Belíssimo hotel

Location is absolutely amazing

Das Zimmer war im Innenhof und sehr klein mit 2 Koffern. Es gibt kein Fenster, wenn man die Tür öffnet, läuft jeder vorbei. Wie eine Höhle. Dafür ist es sehr zentral. Zur Metro kann man zu Fuß und man ist mitten in der kleinen Altstadt. Parken kostet ca. 35 Dollar pro Tag!

Despite the rooms being small, there was a great balcony view! We were able to see the parade. Room had reliable A/C. Fresh towels provided every day. Conveniently located in the heart of Casco Viejo!

It is a great location. The restaurant in the Hotel and next door were amazing. Staff was super helpful! Nice room with balcony however did tell them they should consider putting 2 small side tables for charging phone, etc.

Rooms were ok, very basic. Check in was slow. Aircon worked well. Rooms could have been cleaner. Can be quite noisy so bring earplugs due to rooftop bar.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU DON’T NEED RUNNING WATER. I would have liked to post a glowing review of this hotel because it is aesthetically very cute! The location is pretty good. Right on the edge of Casco Viejo in walking distance to everything. Shops, restaurants, etc. However, when I checked in with a group I was leading (we had 5 rooms in all) we were told the hot water wouldn’t be working for a couple of hours. Actually, at that time, the water was not working at all. My group left for a short tour and came back a few hours later. Sadly, at this time we needed to get showered and ready to go to a dinner reservation, the water was still not working! No running water, not even flushing toilets. We had to forego showers and just head upstairs to the rooftop restaurant. The restaurant bathroom also had no working water while we were up there which made us concerned about the cleanliness of the Kitchen staff. The hotel employee basically ignored us and never gave us any information, not even his name. I had the contact of another employee who I texted with some. She was very nice and tried to help, but she was at home and there was really nothing she could do. To make matters worse, two people in our group were sharing a room with a queen bed, but that room had such a bad leak in the ceiling that it was sagging and had visible mold. The staff switched them to another room, but that room had a very small bed for two people to share and also had a leak that dripped down
