La ubicación del hotel está muy buena, súper cerca de la cinta costera, centro comercial, farmacia y supermercado; la estación del metro también está súper cerca. Fue seguro caminar por sus alrededores al menos en las horas que lo hicimos. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y tienen todo lo necesario. El personal del hotel es súper atento, amables y te ayudan con cualquier cosa que necesites. Me encantó mucho eso. Respecto al desayuno si deberían variar el menú diario, comimos lo mismo varios días. Aunque en general muy bien porque podíamos tomar lo que quisiéramos cuantas veces quisiéramos. Lo recomiendo! Y volvería sin pensarlo.

Rooms were cleaned every single day I could go to break fast and come back to a clean room really loved that … the pool was fun very clean too

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures. The building and the rooms were very old and poorly maintained. The pool was in terrible condition, the breakfast was disappointing, and the A/C barely worked. I would never stay there again. I felt completely catfished.

My stay at Franda was just for 2 days. However, it was not very comfortable as the AC was not cooling the room so I reported it yo the front desk. After a while no one came so I contact them again and they said they can do a room change. By this time my family was already asleep due to a very long hectic day. When the guy finally showed up he said he configured it to cool better, but that didn't really made much of a difference. I wasn't even contacted the next to follow up if it was working better. Also, when we arrived on Saturday it was just before lunch so we missed breakfast. I ask the person at the front desk if we can do lunch but she said it was not possible. She did however, said we would be able to get togo boxes for my family on Monday morning when we checked out at 6am. I reminded the person at the front desk on Sunday night as she instructed. We got downstairs just before 6am and ask at the front desk. The women was very unpleasant and said check upstairs in the breakfast area. When. I went upstairs nothing was prepared for me and she said we had to have breakfast here. This was not possible as we had to head to the airport. I was really disgusted by the behavior of the staff at the desk and her unwillingness to find out or assist. The pictures of this place on the site is very misleading as well. It is not as seen in the pictures. We would never go back to that hotel again.

we got a room and the toilet was splashing water everywhere so we asked to be switched to a different room.. the next room was even worst and had roaches everywhere and we killed a few of them.. the sheets weren't clean at all..

Stay with my family, we had a great stay .

The room was okay, wish the AC worked tho. Stayed for 7 days and couldn't even get a 2pm checkout . The Breakfast was good, different choices every day.. I wouldn't used that area for a vacation, which I found out there's old Panama and New Panama... I was told not to walk left of the hotel because it not safe..

The building isn’t necessarily well taken care of however the rooms were clean in terms of you can smell the sheets have been washed and the rooms cleaned well daily However it’s a simple budget hotel not for the extravagant vacation stay good location not very asthetic but in terms of 24 hrs and titan and el costo is walking distance and easy access to taxi etc and the staff was very welcoming

Room was nasty especially the bed sheets breakfast was a waste of time egg smell rank the toilet back up and they never did nun abt it

Everything was fine but the wifi is super bad.

No wash cloth no soap only hand soap I was told no wash cloth is being supply i do not wash my face with hand soap front desk need to more bilingual instead of checked you in then you ask a question to be told I don't speak English if it is Spanish only let us know before booking by by never again I go back waymore spa&hotel

Friendly and attentive staff. Sadly the hotel was not well maintained as it should be . I had to changed my room twice because the air conditioning was not working in some of the rooms . The air conditioning wasn’t working at the lobby when I did the check in . I was given a room with street view but I wasn’t able to enjoy it because the windows were very dirty and moldy on the outside

In a convenient location, easy access to taxi and shopping malls. Basic amenities were not included in Room.

Everything is great staff it was clean room
