This is our go to hotel in Las Tablas. Clean rooms, good AC and a decent restaurant with good coffee.
Only issue is when the hotel only has a few rooms booked they dont turn on the boiler for the hot water. Whenever I ask they always say its broken...However when the hotel is full like for a holiday weekend the hot water always seems to be fine. Have had this experience for over 8 years so we know what is really going on....

The property and building are fine, very nice. The room was very good, with good A/C, good TV, good bed, good water pressure, good water temperature, and good amenities. The food was very good, but the waitress in the restaurant was TERRIBLE. She preferred chatting with the other waiters to even checking if there was water. The wait time for the food was terrible—an hour! Well, at least it tasted good. They said they applied the senior citizen discount, but I checked the bill and it was a lie. I complained and they refunded me in cash because they didn't know how to use the credit card terminal. I think this hotel still needs to improve its procedures. But it's very nice and cozy despite everything.

Ordenamos filetes a la habitación y nos los enviaron con envases de foam y cubiertos plásticos, todo se rompió, tuvimos que llamar para que nos subieran platos de vidrio y cubiertos de metal. Encima nos cobraron los envases de foam y un vaso de foam que no pedí y que no enviaron para la soda. Fatal esto! Por lo demás, todo bien.

Fuimos una noche (domingo hacia lunes) y la estadía fue cómoda. Entiendo que es la mejor oferta hotelera en Las Tablas. Agradable servicio. Muy bueno el desayuno incluido.
