The InterContinental is our 'Go-To' Hotel in Panama City, with great views, perfect location for walking the Cinta Costera or enjoying the City, exceptional service, comfortable beds, and good food. I'd highly recommend the InterContinental.

What a beautiful and elegant hotel, the staff was so courteous and polite. Buffet food was incredible delicious the room view was out of this world!! Highly recommed it.

The pool is missing many tiles. Pool hours greatly reduced when private events occur. Food choice is limited. Do not start you off with enough towels and washcloths.

We like the property, the stay was not bad although we paid for a two bedroom suite and it was in worse conditions than a regular room.
The room service was terrible, they messed up various times the order, and once it came with a hair.
Other than that, the view the hotel has is amazing, and very centric.

Esperé 2 horas a partir de la hora de entrada para que me dieran la habitación. Las almohada son viejas y duras. Puede ser que este hotel no sea 5 estrellas. Los elevadores son viejos y lentos, por lo que los tiempos de espera son largos

The service was very bad. We checked in at 4pm and our room was not ready. We have to wait 1 hour and half to have the room ready. The next day,, no one came to clean our room. We called them a few times and they didn't come until 4pm they showed up . It was terrible service.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was just ok. Room was clean but light lamp shade was ripped and the other light on the desk was broken .Beds were comfortable and staff and pool area were nice . Food wasnt the best our kids ordered room service and didn't eat the pizza or desserts.
