The hotel was spotless, and the staff were friendly. It's a bit expensive, as I was expecting more of a luxury hotel. The only bad thing was the breakfast one morning, when everything was cold and the cup of coffee wasn't hot. The toast was hard as a rock, so it was a total disappointment for the price. The hotel person did provide a discount upon checkout after I complained that no one in the kitchen would answer the phone.

The infinity pool and the view was amazing. Staff was always helpful. My house keeper was awesome and caring. Food options were good.

Wonderful hotel for a long stay. Breakfast at the executive club has excellent service. Suites are excellent and beds are comfortable.
Corridors of the floors where the rooms are, are always dirty and need vacuuming. Food trays from room service stay outside the rooms forever.

Balie personeel is slecht opgeleid, bij check-in en check-out lange rijen met maar 1 of 2 balies open terwijl er 4 personen rondom de balie staan maar geen begrip hebben van service of klanten helpen door extra balie te openen.

The common areas are cool but the rooms are dated and need to be updated like a REAL JW Marriott for the price point. For example, carpet needs to be removed and modern rooms to be added and a hot tub. If this is what you are expecting, it’s not. However, the staff was friendly, great view from the room and nice pool view. Food was not the best at poolside and did not try the other restaurants at the property. Infinity pool is really cold but can be refreshing. Ultimately, I would not return to this property in the future.
