Very spacious and clean. Living room with full kitchen, multiple balconies, fantastic view as in courtyard. Convenient location, near restaurants, cathedrals and everything. The little craft beer bar just besides it got great beers.

The staff was phenomenal and the place was immaculate. A beautiful interior and exterior patio, close to restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend!

The space was huge and really beautiful. Fantastic amenities, quiet, delightful service from the front desk. Incredibly clean. Perfect location.

We stayed here twice, once in the main building and once in the annex building and both experiences were fantastic. The customer service is incredibly kind and the manager took care of us when our flight was delayed. The rooms are spotless and very large. The stay in the annex building was particularly beautiful as the location is right in the heart of all of the fun and music and activity. Definitely the best value in Panama city. We absolutely loved both of our stays and are very grateful to the team there.

Wonderful charming property in the heart of the historic district.

The room was spotless, the location perfect, and the staff was absolutely superb!

Courteous staff. We were in a one bedroom two floor unit at their auxiliary building in Bolivar plaza. Just beautiful and a great location. They warned us that it is noisy into the night because of music at the restaurant downstairs. They were right. But with exhaustion and ear plugs they provided we were fine.

Wonderful stay. I wish we could extend it for a few days! Sitting on the balcony for morning coffee was excellent. Check in was easy and friendly with great tips on what to do and see. The room is fabulous. Spacious and inviting, it was everything you'd want. Highly recommended!

The hotel is beautiful

La Isabela Suites is a walk up (no elevator) located in Old Town Panamá. The area is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Experience the Spanish architectural history of Panama. The area is walkable to shops, restaurants and bars. There are 2 museums in walking distance. Guests service personnel are wonderful. All speak English and are very helpful.

We had a very nice 2 room suite and great staff. The kitchen was outfitted with stove, frig and microwave. Bottled water, coffee and Expresso were included in the room. Andres and Enrique and their staff were very attentive and provided good practical information. They provided a reference to a great guide. We did not rent a car, so we didn't have any parking considerations. They did drive us back to the airport with a very helpful driver in a nice vehicle. The Avenida Balboa, Cinta Costera Causeway and the neighborhood of Cosco Viejo are all in the immediate area. There was a Rey small grocery around the corner with a nice selection of cheeses, coffees, pastries, beverages and wonderful ice cream. We really enjoyed people watching from the balcony while we nibbled goodies and sipped beverages. We were there during the rainy season and at times retreated to the courtyard to be outside but better protected from the weather. Just can't find any fault with this hotel. All the staff were gracious and delightful to talk to.

Very spacious, comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Very accommodating. Even though they couldn't give us a late check out, they kept our bags in the office, so we could get lunch before leaving for our flight.

The staff was very kind Eduardo was exceptional. He anticipated every need. The first night he gave us a map of the area and showed us how to get around the city. He made sure we knew the best restaurants, when and where the festivals were being held. He was always at the door if we arrived home late, to ensure our safety He is phenomenal and is definitely a top-tier employee

Love this place! Especially for two couples orba family.

This is the best place for groups. We rent a suite at La Isabela everytime they're available when we're in Panama City. Spacious, modern and very well equipped, it's like having your own two bedroom apartment in casco viejo. The location is amazing as La Pulperia restaurant and the brewery La Rana Dorada are right next store. Many quality restaurants, bars, clubs, and museums are within a 10 minute walk. And their customer service is top notch.

Our stay at La Isabela was fantastic. The hotel suite is basically an apartment - so spacious and fully stocked. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and attentive. It’s located in a great area that is easily walkable and safe. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful historic boutique hotel, top notch personal attention from staff, spacious rooms, comfy beds, loved sitting on our 2 balconies at either beginning or end of the day. This will be my hotel any time I travel to Panama City!
