This is a very cool space. There is one bedroom with bath on the main floor, and a spiral staircase takes you to the master suite with an incredible walk in shower bathroom with double sinks. The bed was medium-firm and very comfortable. Other than the occasional hum of the AC, it is quiet. The balcony looks over a quaint historic square, with a museum and several restaurants nearby. The host responded promptly and gave us all the directions we needed to get in and out. The pictures on the website are accurate but don't do it true justice. It's a beautiful place and I would absolutely stay there again in a heartbeat. 10/10.

We were not given the entry code prior to arrival and they were unreachable until we came across a housekeeper. Then the apartment was not as described. There was no second bathroom as described so people would need to go into another bedroom to use the only bathroom. The wall was crumbling and the sink was stained a nasty yellow brown color. There was dust and hair all over the coffee table and furniture. We were so disgusted we booked another place and left. Now the company is refusing to refund us even though we reached out about the incorrect listing description and problems right away and before staying the night.

The apartment is under a new Management Company. When we arrived at the complex we had issues with the accessibility to the apartment (missing electronic card to gain elevator access). Once in the apartment, it was dirty. We had to wait for a cleaning crew to come in and clean it. The beautiful brick walls are crumbling leaving sand and dirt all over. The second bathroom shower doesn't drain properly, leaving a puddle of water on the far wall. The property is due for renovation. All communication with the property manager was done using WhatsApp. They never came to meet us during our stay.
