Staff courteous, room nice and clean

Excellent service, clean rooms and great breakfast buffet

My room smelled of mildew which triggered my asthma my room was changed twice because of this. The air purifier that was placed in my room had to be replaced twice because of the amount of moisture in the room and it smelled horrible. The front desk staff was not friendly correction there was 1 gentleman that was very very nice unfortunately I do not remember his name.Also I ended my trip on the December 31st when I was supposed to return from Panama on January 5th. I also wasn't happy with all of my clothes smelled like the room so I had to rewash everything. This trip was for my 55th birthday and I was so disappointed and the fact that I still have to pay a balance of $3072.56 for a trip that I did not complete to Affirm who already paid expedia and expedia gave me a refund of $43.00 and I received nothing from the Marriot Hotel.

While I love the proximity to the mall and the signature lemongrass scent in the hallways, my recent stay was disappointing compared to my visit in 2019. The room felt 'tired specifically the dusty furniture and old carpeting, which caused some allergy issues. Additionally, the pillows are overdue for a replacement; I ended up purchasing my own for the duration of the trip. I’d love to keep coming back for the convenience, but the room comfort needs to be a priority.

Loved the rooftop pool area, well presented clean room, great range for breakfast, location connected to Allbrook Mall ... and finally staff were very helpful and polite... felt spoilt ... Well done Marriott

Room was excellent, clean and fresh

I actually stayed from January 21-27, 2026. When I checked in the first night, the receptionist did not appear to be very knowledgeable. For two nights out of my stay I did not have water and was offered no compensation for this inconvenience. I had a very important night planned and I missed out on it. On my very last day there, I was inconvenienced again when trying to use the laundry services. The receptionist that I spoke with tried to say that I probably had too many clothes in the dryer and that’s why my clothes were still soaking wet after one cycle. The maintenance man confirmed that that was not the case. I tried drying my clothes twice more and they still weren’t dry and someone had opened the machine while my clothes were in there and did not close it back. Not sure if that was a scam to get more money out of me, but I didn’t have time so I was forced to pack damp clothing which resulted in a mildew smell that I was not able to get out of all of my clothes. The breakfast options and attachment to the mall was cool though.

From the time you enter the hotel, the staff is kind and very efficient. Check in was easy and the rooms were clean and with all modern amenities. Ideally located at Albrook Mall. Breakfast was also very good.

The location was terrific making it easy to catch an Uber to pretty much anywhere you wanted to go. Pool & fitness area were as expected & the room was comfortable. We were here for 4 nights. Loved that it was attached to the mall.

Last two times I was here the water pressure was poor. This time there is no water at all. Rooms are nice but this one smells musty. Seems kinda damp.

At check-in I was told there was no water. Maybe by morning. Room smelled damp and musty. I've stayed here several times this past year, probably try somewhere else next time. Marriott's hotels here seem to be getting tired.
