Staff was extremely friendly. Hotel was generally clean. On Hotels.com it was stated there was an ATM on site, there wasn't. It was also stated there was Dry Cleaning available thru the hotel but off-site, there wasn't. They did have laundry service available at the hotel, but for a full load, it would cost near $100 - All clothing is priced individually. Pools were nice but no lifeguards are on duty. There is no smoking in the building or common areas. However, there is a smoking area in front of the hotel under a mango tree. Buffet breakfast is almost great, would have liked bacon but no biggie. If you don't add the buffet to your hotel bill during booking, you can eat and they'll add it to your bill that you'll pay at checkout. Hotel bar is good but not fancy. TGI Fridays - The food is nothing to brag about. The first time we used them, the service was horrible (EXTREMELY slow). The second time, it was ok (but it was ordered to go). If you want a room with a view, pay the extra for the ocean view. Non ocean view is a hill under construction. And one last thing, DO NOT use the stuff in the fridge and on top, it is EXTREMELY expensive. Coffee and smaller water bottles on top of fridge are complimentary.

Lacking staff. Neglected room. Cleaning was not good. Shower was old. Room keys unprogramee all the time

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Hotel needs minor repairs, such as doors not closing.

Em geral o hotel é muito bom. O café da manhã é supostamente até as 10h mas quando fui tomar café da manhã às 9:20 ja não estavam repondo o buffet e apenas havia o que tinha sobrado da ultima reposição. Perguntei até que horas repunham e fui informado que o buffet era recolhido às 10h mas que às 9:15 paravam de repor comida. Ou seja, apesar de informarem que o café da manhã vai até as 10h, se não quiser comer sobras precisa comer ir até as 9h.

Nice location, restaurant was good. Property a little run down, needs a facelift. Needs new and more pool chairs and tables. Arrived in late afternoon and porter told us no balconies available, we booked water view. Hotel not busy and saw only about eight rooms without balconies. They kindly moved us next day with balcony and non operational toilet, again waited all day to be told no rooms available. Hotel manager on duty took control once she realized the dilemma and runaround and put us in a suite for the last night. This happens when you book third party way too often as hotels trying to fill spaces.

The room was not clean, it was dated and we only stayed 1 night of a 2 night stay

Nicht (mehr) in einem Zustand, den man von einem Radisson erwartet. Wiederholende Probleme mit der Warmwasserversorgung. Umgebung (Panamakanal direkt vor der Tür) ist einzigartig, aber nicht sonderlich praktisch - man muss überall hin fahren.

Room was not ready at check in time. Had to wait 40 mins after check-in. Service at the front desk needs to be improved. Otherwise the room itself and other staff members service was fine.

Todo perfecto a excepción del transporte que ofrecen al mall de Albrook , resulta que el sábado no había servicio , mejor no ofrecerlo
