Our stay at the Ramada in Panama was truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of by the attentive and friendly staff. The service was excellent, and everything we needed was provided with a smile. The atmosphere was welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Staff Were Helpful And Kind We genuinely appreciated the hospitality and are already looking forward to coming back in the future

No air condition at inside hotel walk ways and noise because of on-going remodeling works

Llegué a hacer el ck in y no tenían habitaciones disponibles, me redireccionaron a otro hotel 30 minutos después

Normally dont do budget hotels but this place was very good for the price and a proper breakfast.

El día que nos quedamos se quedaron sin agua, no tienen estacionamientos suficientes y dejan que las personas se estacionen en el centro, estorbando el tránsito de los demás, pésimo servicio, el aire acondicionado de la habitación ni siquiera enfriaba pero ellos decían que así funcionaba, lo único rescatable fueron los cuartos entre muchas comillas

I was given a dark and dank room by the lady receptionist who also took so long to check me in. I did ask for a room change later that evening and was offered one from the following day onwards (4 nights). However, the staff on duty the next day didn’t seem to have the info and said she couldn’t move me! Long story short, I was booked into a new room indeed but the info not updated on their system. Also, they don’t keep drinking water in the room besides on the checkin day! Other times, you’re asked to buy! There was no water in the bathroom all day on my last day and the electricity kept going off too. On the positive, the male staff were friendlier and more helpful.

This particular hotel one can see it's been around a long time and with comes wear down. Upon arrival was not the cleanest scent in the lobby nor the elevator which were not clean, Otherwise the domestic cleaner who cleaned our room did her best. On three occasions I did see small roaches, that encouraged me to shake out my luggage before I left. The gym is not clean and the two machines are non functioning, the pool and the immediate area could use an update. The buffet was good and the staff that worked it were great trying to meet every need. That hotel is for a passing traveler not a family with kids for comfort. Other than that I guess you get what you pay for.

Overall good stay, only the pool was not that adequate and too small, also room needed a microwave and a bigger refrigerator, other than that a good hotel.

Excelente atención desde check-in hasta la salida. Hasta me pusieron una habitacion de facil acceso desde el estacionamiento (llevaba coche de alquiler) y con mucha luz natural (mirando hacia el frente del edificio). Es mi segunda visita y he quedado encantado. Espero tener la oportunidad de volver pronto ;-)

La estancia bien en general. Se destaca la amabilidad del staff, en especial la persona que me atendió al hacer check in, a pesar de que era el único en turno y habíamos varias personas en espera, tuvo una actitud muy agradable y profesional. El desayuno está incluido y es variado y abundante. Lo malo de mi estancia fue que olvidé una prenda en el closet y al día siguiente llamé y me dijeron que no lo encontraron y no la recuperé. Lamentable, porque deberian devolver las pertenencias olvidadas.

When we checked in we were told that the water pressure would be low. When we woke up in the morning, there was no water at all. No water for the toilet, the sink, the shower. After booking the hotel send us a welcome message but there was no mention that the hotel would have no water. We had to leave at 5:30 am because we had to use the toilet. We did not wait for breakfast, I don't even know how they would be able to serve breakfast without any water available in the hotel. The floors in the room were falling apart (delaminating) and growing mold. There was a coffee maker in the room, a sachet of coffee and some sugar, but no tea, milk, sweetener or anything to stir with.
