整體而言，有四星酒店的水平，我們搭夜飛機，早上8點半就到了，因為是 Marriot 的會員，前抬服務讓我們提早入住，態度十分親切。房間和床組很好睡，浴室夠大，早餐也不錯，可能是耶誕期間客人較多，食物補充和員工服務略顯不足。旅館走路十分鐘之內有大型購物中心和地鐡。

El hotel es cómodo y está en buenas condiciones pero la atención al cliente es pésima. Mi habitación no tenía jabón de baño ni shampoo, el secador de cabello no funcionaba bien y el teléfono tampoco. Lo informé en la recepción y no tomaron ningún tipo de acción

Buena relación calidad precio , muy buenas instalaciones , incluyendo salones de conferencias

The hotel is amazing because it has huge rooms that are absolutely spotless. The staff are very courteous and attend to your every need with a smile overall, I’ve been going there 15 years and it has stated very high-quality excellent hotel

2nd stay at Sortis Hotel in Panama. Never disappoints. Breakfast Buffett incredible and staff pleasant and attentive! Will stay there again!

Lovely hotel

This hotel was really nice, clean and modern. Staff was always helpful. Food and drinks right on the property so you don’t have to venture out too much or late in the night. My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay.

La limpieza no era buena: había manchas de café en la mesita de noche. Reutilizaron una toalla que había dejado en el piso. El wifi no funcionó durante toda la estadía. La iluminación era insuficiente. La plancha me manchó una camisa. No lo recomiendo. The cleanliness was poor: there were coffee stains on the nightstand. They reused a towel I had left on the floor. The Wi-Fi didn’t work during my entire stay. The lighting was inadequate. The iron stained one of my shirts. I do not recommend this place.

Pésima experiencia. La persona del counter no hizo bien su check in, y no dejó registrada la habitación y a las 3:30 am entró un hombre con una mujer a mi habitación, el hotel no hizo nada para remediar el daño causado. Simplemente ofrecieron un transporte al aeropuerto que eso NO Soluciona la pésima experiencia en el hotel.

The customer service was wonderful. The room was clean and very upscale. The view from the room was amazing!!! The casino was fun, and the club was intense!!

Condition of the hotel is deteriorating. Higher floors have a number of leaks from the ceiling. Ice machine non-functioning on my floor so would have to request service. Room service was quite fast but maybe because people are avoiding this hotel. Checkin was slow. There were a number of us and it took at least 15 minutes per person. I checked out a day early because we wanted a better hotel. Didn’t expect a refund as I prepaid through hotels.com

I enjoyed this hotel and would return in the future. The location is convenient. I really enjoyed the pool area. The room was spacious and clean… also, the concierge (Ivan) was very helpful and friendly. He definitely made the stay a more positive experience. I would recommend this hotel to friends.
