The property is beautiful and the staff is great!

The price, the breakfast area was crowded..everything ran out

Rooms should also be provided with small bottles/samples of body lotion.

I stayed in this hotel for only two nights of the one week I had booked. The bed was uncomfortable, the sofa was also uncomfortable but the tipping point was the air conditioning. The bathroom was exposed to the exterior temperature and with the bathroom door closed, the room was too hot. The air conditioning was loud and seemed to run nonstop. The bathroom had a smell of mold and mildew which really affected my allergies. There are two towers and I had to take two separate elevators to get to my room. Also, the room numbers appeared to be the same on all floors. Its easy to get lost. After two nights, I just left and went to a better hotel for the same price.

The staff was professional and attentive. While our suite could benefit from a renovation, it was a good value over all.

Close to shopping area, casino and other hotels. Taxi cabs are readily accessible.

Breakfast was amazing!

Outstanding customer service and Friendly staff! Rooms are huge cleaned everyday. Panamanian style buffet breakfast daily! I recommend this hotel especially if you want to stay in the heart of the city

The hotel was nice enough and affordable. The cafeteria staff was very pleasant and kind. The dinners were not tasty, but the breakfast buffet had a nice variety. Room service was good. The front desk could have been friendlier.

Different elevators to get to different locations was confusing. I liked the cleanliness and amenities.

I love having a full apartment, thar staff are all very friendly.

Large condo like apartment. Full kitchen. Washer and dryer.

The location is excellent and the hotel staff was excellent.

This property I would stay at over and over again. Excellent, friendly and very helpful staff. Very nice accommodations. I enjoyed the walk ability of the location and the eating establishments. The only down side was the Saturday night party noise outside that was heard quite well from the sixth floor. Probably quieter the higher up. I would still stay there in spite of that. Great property.

The staff were all amazing. Some speak english as well as spanish. The facilities and hotel are clean and we felt safe. The location is great, close to many things. The street is a little loud being in the city but slept well with ear plugsand eye covers. It the room could use a little updating but overall a great value for the orice! The property itself is very noce. Lots of expats live here.

It was a good area for walking around I didn’t like the elevator system, you have to take 2 different elevator to get to my room
