Como siempre el lugar hermoso, muy bien conservado y bellos jardines que rodean el ambiente con paz y sonidos naturales. Excelente habitacion y comodidades, servicio excelente. Solo hubo inconveniente con el servicio de television por cable que no funcionó.

Staff were courteous and friendly but no one really stood out that provided any exceptional service. We stayed in the semi private junior suite rooms which were clean and in good condition. The rooms were minimally stocked with toiletries and you basically just get towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash and conditioner. It appears to be pretty environmentally friendly. The grounds and amenities around the hotel were not in the best shape and the age definitely showed. The parking lot was under construction and the roadway entrances were in poor shape. The main hotel reception area was closed and they were using the spa area as the reception. I did use the spa area during my stay and got a massage. The sauna and steam room were really small and not turned on. I tried turning it on but it was taking a while to heat up so I gave up. The outdoor pool was also closed which I understand since it was the slow season. This resort does also have hotel style rooms. Which appear to be decently kept from the exterior. There is a restaurant onsite which served breakfast until 10:30 and we also had lunch and dinner a couple of times. The food in the restaurant was very good and the bar had great drink deals for happy hour.

Es un muy bello lugar, tranquilo en el medio del Valle. Es un oasis. Mejoraría la acústica de las habitaciones, ya que se escucha mucho el ruido del ambiente exterior.

Second time staying at Valle Escondido and still amazing as the first time. The resort is beautiful, comfortable, great service and close to the center of Boquete. Highly recommended.

We were warmly greeted by the staff. Roger was very friendly and gave us a good orientation of the grounds and facilities. We loved the place surrounded by lush trees and flowers with the mountains as a backdrop. Service was excellent not just by the reception staff but at the restaurant as well. On our last day, it was too early to have breakfast before we left so they made us a nice breakfast box each complete with freshly squeezed juice, a sandwich, banana bread and even fresh flowers!

The staff were probably the best part of this experience, very nice. Very well pick you up and bring you back to the airport for a fee. The restaurant at the hotel has a good dinner however the breakfast was 50/50 for me. The hotel is within walking distance of the town. This area is safe nothing to be concerned with with regard to walking day or night that I could ascertain. However the hotel will take you when you need to go. The rooms are fine the air conditioning worked fine the bed was comfortable lots of pillow options. Spirit is a beautiful stream running through the property that makes a peaceful sound. There is a golf course at the property it was nice to look at, but the location is in a rainforest like environment.

The Velle Escondido was beyond my expectations. We flew in from the US and had my daughter’s wedding at the venue and it was amazing. I cannot express how beautiful this place is. They hosted the reception and it was top notch!!

Bottled water should be complimentary and a bathrobe is pretty much expected. When we arrived, the resort was empty yet they wanted to charge us an early check in fee. This was not a warm welcome! Otherwise, the staff was excellent.

First time to the property. Beautiful flowers, nice enough rooms, fun little restaurant and bar to walk to. The restaurant service people were so sweet and amazing. The personnel issues were with the lobby and check-in people and what they called a concierge. Concierge couldn't even speak English. Gave wrong information. The "spa" pool doesn't allow kids before 6 pm - how dumb. The main pool was closed for mainetenance. Extra fees everywhere. $25 a day to use main pool - when it's working. Didn't really enjoy much of the food on-site. They tried hard though. None of the other personnel - TV repair guy that came to room, maids, service people spoke any English. I find that odd.

Excellent stay and service

Staff were very helpful - especially when we locked ourselves out of our room safe. Property was beautiful, spa was top notch. Would gladly stay here again!

Set in a tranquil location not a sou d except the birds and the wind. Room comfortable. Easy 20 min stroll to town.
