The food was great! Beautiful pool and a very comfy room. The walk to town was very doable, and I appreciated the central location. Would definitely stay again!

Great customer service - beautiful property

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Coco. We were traveling as a family with our 2.5yr old child and Villa Coco was the perfect stop for us. Their chalets are done beautifully and the outside showers are awesome. The pool area is so well planned and surrounding landscaping adds to the overall beauty of the property. The food is the best in the area and you won't find more friendly nor accommodating staff.

Had a short notice back packer pool party with DJ until 2am…no sleep and the had to argue to get money back. First rule of running a hotel…make sure your guests get a good night’s sleep. Other than that basic failure the hotel is fine.

Its a 9 bedroom hotel with great staff and conveniently located. The food was amazing (breakfast to lunch) and the owners staff were well trained and attentive to detail. Will come back.

There is a great pool. The shower is outside but fully enclosed so kind of cool. Had some issues with hot water and there is no TV, but the property is very nice.

Villa Coco is well situated in Santa Catalina, features an amazing restaurant in Ai Mamita and has a staff/ownership that is friendly and helpful. Our bungalow was clean and spacious with a quiet porch and hammocks. The outdoors showers are the perfect complement to the rooms - jungle elegance, if you will. Tours are easily arranged via the front office. We will return to Villa Coco when we visit Santa Catalina again, hopefully soon.

Viajamos mi esposo y yo con mis dos niñas y a pesar del mal clima, el hotel y sus servicios hicieran que nos sintieramos en casa. Super servicios, gran comida y siempre con toda la disposición de apoyar.

Excelente! La propiedad es hermosa! Las cabañas son cómodas y limpias, tiene hermosos jardines, la atención de su personal es extraordinaria! Me equivoqué en la fecha de la reserva, y no hubo ningún problema en cambiarla directamente con el hotel. El restaurante ofrece platos muy deliciosos!

Der Check-In war unglaublich unfreundlich. Nicht ein Wort der Begrüssung oder sonst ein freundliches Wort. Es wurde als Erstes die Rechnung vorgelegt mit derAufforderung, diese sogleich zu bezahlen. Dabei stimmte nicht einmal der Betrag. Wie in einer anderen Bewertung stand: Es stellt sich die Frage, ob die Unterkunft überhaupt Lust hat, Gäste zu haben... Abgesehen von der fehlenden Gastfreundschaft fallen die hohen Preise für das Frühstück negativ auf. Die Anlage selbst und die Zimmer sind aber sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Und: Die 2 Katzen und der Hund sind sehr liebenswert!!

Overall the property was really nice. The food was great, the rooms were really clean and the pool had the potential of being very relaxing. Unfortunately, family friendly does equal romantic or quiet. During our stay a family with three young kids overtook the pool every day from 9a-5p. It would be helpful to have an adults only time. Finally, while the rooms are supposed to be soundproof, we could hear conversations and music through the walls.

The bungalows are very private with a spacious feel. The on-site restaurant, Al Mamita, is just fantastic. The staff was so helpful and nice; everyone was an excellent host. Tours can be arranged right from the office. Their pool is also a nice oasis.

The tour to Coiba they offer is expensive and not a trail to see animals. On the premises you are seen as an object to spend money, not the friendly hosts that we have seen elsewhere in Panama

One of the nicest places we stayed on our Panama trip! Spacious bungalow, comfortable bed- loved the outdoor shower. Food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Loved our stay!

Cute property, greatly located less than 10 min walk from the beach where u can take boats to Coiba, and although they have a great open-terrace restaurant, there are couple of food options within walking distance. The property is neatly taken care of (clean, manicured gardens), rooms are pretty with nice island-minimalistic-style design, spacious, and little details to make u feel welcome. Service was Above-and-Beyond, with owners looking after every question; great for 1st timers in Catalina, since they know the town, and how to get accommodations for all the usual activities to enjoy this amazing town (tour to Coiba, diving, surf classes, great massage with Michelle, where to find Catalina-style pizza, etc.). Will highly recommend and will repeat the stay anytime.
