I would like to say Maria Paz at the front desk left us a very good impression on her kindness and professionalism. My wife bite her lip badly when playing sand boarding that caused lots of blood bleeding. When we return to the hotel, Maria at the front desk quickly help us in cleaning and treating the wound with the first aid kit. She volunteered her assistance and took us to the local clinic after her work hours and be our translator (which is very important as we did not speak Spanish). We are very impressed on her kindness and professionalism. When taking about the hotel itself, it has a great location at the oasis which is near by the lake and yet not affected by the party noise outside. The central garden at the hotel is nice too. However the room facilities is pretty basic and the from the basin and bath was yellowish which made us afraid to wash ourselves with it.

Got there very early and staff was able to lockup our bags and tag them so we could do activities. Hotel and breakfast were great snd a good value.

Good place to stay at in the oasis.

O hotel é confortável e muito bonito. Camas macias e banho quente. Excelente para a família.

The food was excellent in the hotel and the staff were really nice and kind. The ambiance of the hotel and garden was beautiful.

Hotel antigo mas muito bom. Sentimos falta de um Cômodo ao lado da cama e tomadas.

Die Unterkunft ist ok, aber deutlich zu teuer für das, was sie kann. Wir wollten 1 Stunde länger bleiben, wurde nur für 30$ angeboten, Das Frühstück: Wenig Auswahl, „das Frische Obst und Gemüse“ beschränkt sich auf Wassermelone. Der Pool: Ganz furchtbar. Super dreckig, die Anlage drumherum sehr lieblos.

Comfortable beds and pretty clean rooms despite the outdated condition. Staff was excellent. My husband got sick and they were nice enough to order medicine from a pharmacy and had it delivered to our room.

My wife became sick during our stay. The staff was incredible from the late night guards who helped me with new bed linens at 3:30 am to the girl working the front desk who helped me with a taxi to the pharmacy for meds. The wait staff in the restaraunt prepared tea for my wife. I cant say enough good things about this hotel. Thank you so much for all your help

No water bottles poor breakfast

Room was missing blankets. Only a sheet. Staff was nice and breakfast was very good. Pool was not very attractive (blurry water), but the site was nice

Super fint hotel, men på sidste dag ringede brandalarmen uafbrudt i 1,5-2 timer. Det kan ikke være rigtigt, at det er så svært at få den slukket igen, meget forstyrrende. Ellers var det et fint ophold.
