LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!!
This hotel is a magical place to stay in the center of Cusco. The views and balcony from our room were impressionable. The dining area balcony was beautiful from the morning breakfast to the evening glass of wine. The noise is true but that is expected when staying in this area. Solution, add some white noise in your room and bring ear plugs. You'll sleep like a baby. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They made sure our breakfast was availble at 3:30am for our tour. pickups. Food was impeccable with a buffet of traditional cuisine for any appetitie. Local shopping, dining, and entertainment was right outside the doorstep. This hotel was a fusion of cultural traditional decor infused with modernism. Rooms were spacious, beds and linens were were comfortable, sitting area, desk area. lots of closet space, and bathroom had towel warmers. I had the pleasure to unexpectedly have tea in the lobby with a presidential candidate. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a MUST stay.

This is a great hotel right in the center of Cusco. Lots to do in the area, and it felt very safe. I only take away one star because the shower. The water temperature was very inconsistent. The staff was super friendly and I actually decided to extend my stay an extra night.

What a great experience! From getting me into my room waaaay earlier bc of my flight arrival time and hooking me up with a car at the airport- plus great breakfast included with incredible views. A must stay place! Super comfortable beds, very clean. I cannot express how kind the people who work there are. Thank you for everything!

Perfect location for Cusco! The views were amazing, location was conveniently facing the Plaza de Armas - main square of the city. Breakfast was a continental breakfast spread. So many things to recommend this place (including the staff who was so helpful) but if you're looking for quiet, consider somewhere else. Because of its central location you can hear the nightlife going on around you and if there are public demonstrations/celebrations you'll be right in the action.
