Beautifully designed hotel

Nice hotel and very good service.

I don’t normally do hotel reviews, but Pullman was magnificent. All of the staff were nice and friendly. It was very clean and up kept. I literally have nothing to complain about lol.

Convenient & safe location; friendly and helpful personnel. I’d recommend to one of the concierges at the hotel not to provide info pulled from the Internet, if not familiar with the places. We were looking for tasting Peruvian wines, and the places, the concierge gave us, didn’t carry Peruvian wines at all. It was a little frustrating to find ourselves in the unknown environments not knowing Spanish (unfortunately). Luckily, we were able to walk back to the ocean and tweak our plans for that day. Thanks to all for the nice stay.

Wir hatten nach einem langen Interkontinentalflug extra einen bestätigten Early check-in vorbestellt. Hat leider erst nach einer Diskussionen vor Ort funktioniert, auf die ich übermüdet eigentlich keine Lust habe. Dafür war dadurch schon Frühstück dabei und auch sonst alles gut. Zimmer sauber, Betten bequem, Frühstück frisch, gute Auswahl. Lage sehr gut, fußläufig alles in Miraflores erreichbar. Wir haben uns dort überall sehr sicher gefühlt.

This hotel is so beautiful and modern! The view of the ocean from our room was wonderful. The amenities were so nice to come home to each evening and we had a delicious breakfast each morning. It was also so well placed that we could walk to a lot of the places we wanted to see- which is great in a city that gets so jammed with traffic. Highly recommend this stay for your visit to Lima!

The hotel was lovely and i had a fabulous view of the ocean and Lima from my room. I eould absolutely stay there again.

Clean, elegant, comfortable and well-located. The staff was kind, profesional and helpful.

A very comfortable and modern place to stay - it smelled amazing! My room included the executive lounge and I really enjoyed the assortment of snacks and juices in the morning. The area was very walkable and ideal if you want to walk to the Miraflores malecón or Barranco. The service was outstanding. Thank you Andrés and Luis for making the check in so welcoming.

Hotel maravilhoso, novo, limpo, bem localizado, confortável, lindo. check in antecipado, atendentes cordiais, destaque Luis (dia 13 de abril). Café da manhã fantástico, garçon Angel muito prestativo. Poderiam colocar uma máquina de café e garrafas de leite para servirmos, ficamos dependendo de garçons que sempre estão correndo e ficamos esperando.
