Excellent Hotel ,amenities and room

This is a nice modern hotel in a great area of Lima, the staff were attentive and friendly.

I had reservations for a king single room, when I checked in they said I had been upgraded to a jr suite. It was such a beautiful room. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Clean, safe and wonderfull staff. Dr on duty came in handy too.

We had a great time at this property, the rooftop was amazing and the room service was very convenient.

Property was nice and in a great location. I have a huge problem with this place. At midnight the housekeepers were opening and closing doors in other rooms. It almost seemed like they were trying to be loud. Woke me up and kept me up for 30 minutes. I thought it was other guests but I finally went out to go say something and they’re just in the hallway laughing opening and closing the door across the way. Why midnight? Ruined my sleep and I had to get up at 3:30 to catch my flight

Every things are good，breakfast is best，but exhausting system should be modified.

Personnel was absolutely by being on a fancy cruise. I’d like to do a special thanks to. Alejandro and director Martin. There had been some problems on Valentine’s Day with getting food out without waiting a very long time and the personnel at the hotel was able to set everything right and provide compensation so what could have become a disaster turned into a nice stay. We really like the professional upbeat staff that really put in time and effort to their jobs to make sure that every Guest is treated like a VIP

My stay at Pullman Lima Miraflores was very good. The hotel has modern amenities, comfortable rooms, and a great location. The service was generally excellent, though there were a few minor areas for improvement. Overall, a solid experience—would recommend!

This is a friendly, helpful hotel with a great location near Larcomar mall looking down at the Pacific, 15 minute walk to bustling Kennedy Park.

Truly wow experience! We had the junior suit and it was lovely and spacious! Big comfy bed, Hugh TV with Cromecast, big windows overlooking the city and ocean. Coffee machine, refrigerator, slippers and bathrobes. As we had a junior suit we also had access to the Executive lounge where we had free snacks, water, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. On top the had " happy hours" where the lovely Paula mixed drinks for us and gave us tips about the city! There is a small pool on the rooftop and next to the bar. We also had dinner there 2 nights in a row as the service and food was amazing! We had the best grilled seafood dish ever eaten there! And thank you to Karla for the excellent service both nights! The breakfast was excellent with a huge buffet filled with different fresh pressed juices, bread, warm food dishes, sallad and more. Also a gluten free corner. On top there is a big a la carte menu with different egg dishes, sandwiches, pancakes and French toast. Centrally located in Miraflores, with a 5 min walk to the Larcomar shopping mall and Wong grocery store. As a member of Accor loyalty program you get free late checkout. We signed up during our stay! Highly recommend!

I booked a stay at this hotel for myself and my mother to visit family in the city, but unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing due to discriminatory policies. While we saw certain (more American passing guests) freely bringing as many visitors as they wanted, our guests were subjected to extra scrutiny and asked for documentation. One of our pregnant cousins was even followed all the way up to the room by a security guard, which made her feel extremely uncomfortable. I would normally appreciate strict security measures if they were applied fairly, but it was clear that these rules were selectively enforced based on who they chose to police. Discrimination has no place in the hospitality industry. I was planning on booking another stay later this year, but I will be choosing a hotel that treats all guests with fairness and respect. I hope management seriously reconsiders these practices because no one should have to experience this kind of treatment.
