飯店步行十分就可至Cusco主要廣場,非常便利 飯店服務人員非常親切,入住期間曾請飯店服務人員介紹牙醫,飯店人員十分鐘內搞定預約,非常感謝她的幫忙 只是夜間飯店旁邊的小巷子常有人喧鬧,晚間睡覺聽讓人提心膽跳得

The room is noise in the evening, have no picking up from airport even I left the message with fight information already. the girls are very nice,but the boy charges more for the city tour than you find close the plaza. In one word,it just deserve $60 at most.

I cannot say enough about this lovely place. It felt historically rustic but also felt like a classy spa because of the details that were in place. The care that went into creating & caring for this place was very evident. Breakfast was delivered to us at our chosen time so we could dine in with the menu items that we had chosen the night before. Very fresh fruit. Good coffee, etc. Everything was very clean. It felt luxurious. Location was perfect! Shopping & restaurants were a short walking distance. Staff was very helpful with arranging transportation from airport & to train station.

The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond — they took the time to explain what to keep in mind for proper acclimatization, and even shared the history of the residence, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was good, and the view from the hotel balcony was absolutely breathtaking — one of those views you don't forget. The room was quite small but very functional and well laid out. It was a bit damp, but the space heater provided made it perfectly comfortable. The hotel is situated a little uphill on the street, but honestly, it's a minor inconvenience given how close you are to all the city's main attractions. A great place to stay if you want character, warmth, and a killer view!

It was a great stay. They have a water cooler available in the common area making it easily to fill up waterbottle and kettles. As well as coco leaves and tea to help you acclimate. In the rooms they had an electric kettle, teapot and heater. The beds were comfortable and the showernwas great. The day before you complete a Google form for your what, when and where you would like to have breakfast. They are very punctual and the food was good. It is at the top of a hill on a small road. If you have day trips they cannot pick you up from the hotel due to the small street. I forgot my shoes in the room after I checked out and they held on to them until I got back after our 4day Inca trail trek. The communication was great and very accommodating. Overall a great stay.

The room was really nice with the stonework and candles, everything was clean and the bed comfortable. Manuel was very helpful both prior to arrival and during our stay. Breakfast was nice too. The location is very good, only a 5 minute walk from the plaza and although up a hill we didn't find it too challenging. The only negative was that there was some noise from above the room on both nights, I'm not sure if this was another guest or staff area.

The staff was very attentive and communicative, reaching out via WhatsApp prior to our arrival. Check in was easy and the property is beautiful and surprisingly modern. No elevator, so be prepared for lots of stairs, but the staff takes your bags to your room for you as part of the check in process. You order breakfast the night before via a QR code in your room and can choose the time and where you have breakfast (your room is an option and they will bring it to you!). Centrally located right by the main square, which was ideal for tour meeting points. The manager even held our bags and arranged airport transportation for us for our departure. Expedia has it noted that there is a complementary airport shuttle, but that wasn't the case - it was only $13, so not a big deal. Everyone was very nice, the rooms unique and clean, and a good location...I would absolutely stay here again.

Cute hotel on the party strip of Cusco. Great attention from staff. We had the room with the rooftop deck which had epic views of the city and the cathedral. Breakfast delivered to room. Excellent service. Nice 1 night stay.

Unique beautiful location, a historic treasure, well-maintained, presented like a museum. Great staff & manager, comfortable room, great breakfasts. Location excellent to old city centre. We recommend this place!

Staying at Rumi Wasi was as dreamy as I'd hoped it to be. The entire facility is beautiful and well kept, not to mention a quick walk down the street to the main square. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and walking into our room with candles lit against the gorgeous stone walls was so special. The staff were welcoming and so friendly, the made to order breakfast was simple and delicious, and we would absolutely come stay again if we were to return to Cusco.

Breakfast was amazing! Great coffee. You can have breakfast in your room. Close to the central. Hotel is on a one way street. Up hill. Manuel (owner) was very responsive and helpful. He was able to provide a taxi the morning I was leaving.

We felt like we were staying in a castle from the 1600’s. So much preserved ancient beauty was merged with modern conveniences. We felt like royalty! Manuel coordinated airport pick up for us, and ensured his staff met our needs for our stay, including breakfast. We plan to stay again in our return to Cusco.

Staff attentive and helps you acclimate to the elevation. Very homey atmosphere

The room, staff and overall atmosphere was incredible. I felt like I was at home. They let you choose where tou want to have breakfast and the manager even set secure transportation to and from the airport. Truly amazing experience
