Lokasi di Alabang yg tenang, bersih dan tertib, dangat dekat dengan festival mall, cukup dengan jalan kaki 5 menit. Mall yg lengkap dan nyaman. Makanan bervariasi, dilengkapi dengan beragam side-menu seperti jajanan khas filipina seperti yg ada di foto. sangat rekomended untuk yg mencari ketenangan dan kenyamanan saat berlibur. kapan-kapan kalau ke filipina lagi bakal coba menginap disini lagi.

Was upgraded to an executive suite with no charge. Room was very clean. Amenities were superb. Breakfast was a good buffet. Overall a pleasant stay.

My stay with Acacia had been good all these years. Even my relatives stay here. However, my customer experience had been tainted with a not so good experience when because of the flooding, I had to extend my stay. The hotel was charging me 3x more than what I paid for. This even if I showed them what I paid for at Traveloka. I found this incredibly disappointing that I moved to another hotel nearby. In other countries, they match lower priced sites but here, they would rather lose a customer and increase their price to piss off a loyal customer? Not a very good move.

Staff were all friendly & courteous. Our AC in the room does not cool as much as my sister's rooms on the 4th level. Food was great.

Me and my family absolutely enjoyed our staycation of 3 nights at this hotel. Our only complaint is their parking compared to other hotels: congested, no security guard to assist, and dark, not safe at night time. Overall, other than their parking space, it is ok. Restaurants are so near.

Acacia Hotel for me is the best hotel in South. Buffet breakfast is superb. Bedroom is spacious. Bed is so comfy.

My room was 818. The food was great and portion of it. Not fan of halo halo cheesecake and the breakfast was yum. But we found small roaches near the water station. I understand it happen in all restaurant cause of food spill and smell of it. Just make sure always do pest control every week. My room have co joint room the funny thing is we can open it from us but we didn't go inside cause its quite scary and its so dark in it. I'm scared for my life and I'm not that strong. The anti theft security guard lock in the door installed wrong you can still open it. It doesn't do anything. The room was too hot in the evening also in morning. Aircondition give noisy sound.

This was our first staycation this pandemic and also our first Valentine's as husband and wife. I requested a simple romantic setup since it's Valentine's like maybe a heart towel arrangement or even a print out, or something else but it was not done. Maybe they missed that note or they were busy. Not really sure. The room is big and spacious for the price so that's nice. Great view of the cityscape and the black out curtains certainly helped during the mornings if you want to sleep longer in the dark. What I don't like though is that the rooms are not sound proofed. We were at the 11th floor, corner room facing Westgate and Commerce Centre and we can hear the motorcycles revving and cars beeping as if we were just road side. So imagine the noise during rush hour in the morning and at night. Also, we needed a fast wifi for work because we also stayed during the weekdays but the internet was not stable. Sometimes it's fast but most of the time it was slow. We can't also use our phone data because the signal was weak. We tried also the room service dining but the some of the main food choices were unavailable like pizza and sandwiches. Again this was during the Valentine's weekend. Breakfast buffet was also limited and disappointing so I don't recommend that. Other than those, everything was okay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was a great room for the price but not 100% comfortable because of the outside noise. The hotel is close to some restaurants in Westgate and walking distance from Festival Mall.

It was our 2nd time to stay and we still enjoyed it even though breakfast wasn't served as a buffet anymore.

It was an awesome experience! They were strict with covid compliance which is good!

Had accident in the bathroom during my stay because of slipper, you shouldn't use it in the bathroom or else you will end up by accident like what happened to me.

Love the room and the ambiance although I am sad that the pool was still not open the spa and buffet.

Quite difficult to get early check in approval.

Awesome service! We enjoyed our 4D3N staycation. Very generous whenever we ask for replenishment of our needs. So sad that we didn’t get to experience the buffet food service, swimming pool, gym, and spa because of the pandemic. Nonetheless, we had the most relaxing stay. See you again soon!
