I book the smoke free room but when we check in most rooms we’re booked and the last room available is on the smoke floor. Fortunately there it is not smelly. Internet is extremely slow , some WiFi doesn’t work either. The hotel staffs are nice , it’s just the infrastructure of the hotel and the surrounding that’s not good enough

酒店距离机坊及市区遠因交通往往擠塞故由洒店截的士困難｡大多数的土都拒蛓或要求额外费用極不合理以後如再去馬尼拉我會選擇較近机埸及城市洒店

Great Ocean View

我們住兩個房間，總會缺一些東西，如電熱瓶的轉接插頭、洗臉毛巾、書桌檯燈...，房間算安靜與寬敞，早餐希望能多一點樣式。

No outlets near bed and ac wasn’t working. Changes rooms so all good

A bit disappointing. The pool has gone green so couldn’t use it. Condition of things has slipped a bit. Needs a bit of care and attention.

There’s Many rules You feel like you are in military housing For example, visitors time Food from outside Fruit, Dorian

Room renovations would be nice for the property.

The room was infested with roaches. Extermination should be completed on a weekly basis until cleared.

It takes entirely too long to check in and out. Its dark in the room lightening is not good. The process of checking in and out is as if you are going thru customs into another country. Never have anything prepared, they have list of reservations for the day, they should be prepared for the customers coming in. Its a horrible system checking in!! I will never stay there again, the wife has more patients and will stay if traveling alone but personally i cant wait 30 mins for you to print, sign, print, fold, sign, or whatever takes you so long. I checkin to newcoasts and it takes 5mins and they offer me my upgrade. Armada.. no upgrade and if you ask they look at you like you are crazy. Everytime no sorry sir we dont know. They know I am expedia member and its suppose to be offered if your a gold member but they never do.. Anyway .. Cheap hotel, good rooms I recommend if you dont mind waiting to check in.

Breakfast buffet could be better stock

Spa facilities were not available due to refurbishment,not acceptable as I booked hotel so we had this facility available ,reception staff not very helpful,disappointed with hotel .would not recommend to anyone

Room was nice only problem was no cable service offered not sure all hotels but was nice, also no wash cloth that was strange ????

good for breakfast was first class fantastic outstanding omelet, front desk some of the rudest in organized crew i ever seen in all my travels borderlines on being completely ignorant to guest needs

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Staff are friendly and hospitable.
