阿马达酒店

I book the smoke free room but when we check in most rooms we’re booked and the last room available is on the smoke floor. Fortunately there it is not smelly. Internet is extremely slow , some WiFi doesn’t work either. The hotel staffs are nice , it’s just the infrastructure of the hotel and the surrounding that’s not good enough

Great Ocean View

我們住兩個房間，總會缺一些東西，如電熱瓶的轉接插頭、洗臉毛巾、書桌檯燈...，房間算安靜與寬敞，早餐希望能多一點樣式。

The staff blamed me for stains on the bed sheets and tried to charge me, even though the stains were not caused by me.”The staff were pretty shady. I’ll never booked my next stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel is very poor. It’s not worth it.

For the price all was fine, you need to expect things like a lamp not working or aircon not cooling below 22°C. Other than that all was great, however outside the hotel one feels a bit unsafe, many beggars and "sexy karaoke" clubs, when being alone, expect to be approached all the time, everyone wants to get you in their club and offering all kinds of things.

We have been staying at the Armada for the past thirteen years and the quality has just continued to go down over the years. The following are some examples: poor cable reception, poor internet reception, no warm water for your shower, reduced staffing, reduced menu options in the restaurant. We even had to request simple basic items such as silverware or towels. Your rates are still low but I am not sure we will be back. We switched hotels and stayed at the City Garden Suites. Yes, we paid more, but what we got in return we feel was worth it.

Rather old and poor aspect of the room (sockets, lighting, etc), breakfast is ok but nothing remarkable and pool area quite abandoned.

Larg room and toilet.But cold water never hot? VERY COLD. Also no foot mats on the floor easy to slip and fall over in the shower. WiFi weak signal. Main room door difficult to lock the door? they sent engineer and made some modification to the security bolt ( drill hole for the bolt to enter) But main lock still difficult.

The staff was very helpful, the room was in good condition but the hot water was barley warm, the internet connection was intermittent. The pool water was too cold to enjoy and barley any Sun because of the surrounding buildings. The gym was not open (no working machines.) the Spa was closed. I was very disappointed from my previous stay several years earlier.

Didn’t get the twin room we booked. Air conditioning poor
