Excellent, highly recommend. Staff and accommodations are outstanding. I would be interested in how their trailing program for staff works because the service is so good.

Check in was easy the hotel is very secure with lots of friendly staff. Room was clean and put together. The bed was more like a board but the pillows kinda made up for it. A/C worked amazing and water pressure was great. The bai cafe buffett for breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Pool was nice with comfy lounge chairs. Location was okay. Definitely have to grab to downtown. They let me check out late for no extra cost. 4.5/5 (.5 for the bed)

Expensive but you have lots of choices

The Bai Hotel staff team is the strength of this property. From the reception, concierge, housekeeping, and breakfast service are excellent. Special mention to the breakfast team (Anthony, Jovel, and Justel) who made our morning so pleasant. We are coming back again!

Excellent service

This is our second stay at Bai Hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. We first stayed here when we came home from the USA in October 2024 for my son’s christening, and our experience then was exceptional—from the banquet service, front desk reception, and food, everything was amazing. That’s why we chose to come back again this year. We booked two rooms through Expedia and I was impressed that the hotel still feels as fresh and welcoming as ever. The lobby remains beautiful and well-maintained. What truly makes Bai Hotel stand out is the personalized frontdesk service, something you rarely experience elsewhere. The front desk manager personally welcome guests, making you feel genuinely valued. A special thank you to Venus for such heartfelt hospitality. Her service truly comes from the heart. She thoughtfully arranged rooms near the elevator for our convenience. That level of attentiveness shows what an amazing and experienced manager she is. She consistently made sure all our needs were taken care of throughout our stay. I would also like to commend Freddie the bellboy, for his warm smile and kind assistance. The 20th floor rooms were excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly! something my husband especially appreciated since he likes the room very cool. Also pool bar is amazing John Paul is very accommodating The food is good Thank you entire Bai Hotel team for making us feel so welcome.

Large buffets for both breakfast and dinner.

We went Island hopping for 2 weeks in the Philippines, and this hotel was by far the best place we stayed at. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure all guests were taken care of. The entire hotel was clean, and the sky bar was beautiful. We'll definitely stay here again when we return in a few years.

Every time I come to CBU this is the only place I stay. Beautiful and even better service.

I arrived before check in time but the staff were so accommodating, that I was able to rest after a long travel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was AMAZING!

Everything was perfect, staff, food, housekeeping, concierge, front desk and management. Thank you for making our stay joyful, Maddie along with her colleagues took great care of us at breakfast.we will be back for sure.👍
