Well, unfortunately, it seems to me that there's an unfair advantage among Filipinos because their customer service is absolutely top notch. Yes, I could say that the hotel was immaculate in every way, fully modern and lacking absolutely nothing. But a building is just a building without the fantastic employees who treat you like royalty. Honestly, sometimes I was even embarrassed because I didn't feel worthy of such an exceedingly high level of customer service. It truly is the people! Now I'm on my way home and chilling in Taiwan waiting for my flight home to Los Angeles. Sadly, the people here just don't compare. And before you think I'm a Filipino hooking up his own folks. I'm Mexican and I love the culture in the Philippines. I guess we're sort of cousins thanks to our Spanish bloodline.

In our room, what I noticed was the bathroom door was creaking and the nonslip pads were ripped off the floor and there were still residues left. Everything else were great from the bed to the staff. Food was great in the buffet and staff were great.

The room was clean and domestics are really hospitable and kind. The ground floor staff are very welcoming and very accessible if you fancy dining outside the hotel. It was fun we enjoyed our short stay. We will definetely come back and book next time we will visit Cebu.

Bai is the best hotel in town, offering an international breakfast menu and flavorful Filipino cuisine. The staff has exceeded my expectations with their customer care, especially in accommodating guests’ requests. All the staff members I encountered were respectful and patient, and they made me feel valued regarding any matter related to my stay.
