Aircondition is not working properly room is very cold and very noisy

Well, we tested on May 15, 2023, your Birthday Promo with friends and were impressed with your dinner buffet-with regards to its size, selection of food and quality provided. Together with your perfectly trained staff it is an evening to remember! On June 9, 2023, we did the same thing on my wife 's birthday and stayed overnight in your great hotel. I love everything about this hotel. But one thing irked me was how their breakfast food aren't warm. During dinner, there were some food that I believe were already spoiled. Was expecting more food selections though. But overall I had a pleasant stay.

The room is clean, spacious, and comfy. Breakfast was delicious. Surely will stay again soon.

Loved staying here so much I feel like it has ruined other hotels for me! Staff were courteous and helpful, breakfast buffet had so many options and great selections, the room was comfy, clean and had everything we needed (even a flat iron). How I wished we stayed a little bit longer. Will definitely come back!

Rooms facilities are OK but need to trained the customer service or reception to have customer relations.

I like how the hotel maintained their safety protocols. The idea of a stationed security officer by the elevator lobby who politely asks where an incoming visitor is heading made me feel secure. The room was well kept. The buffet area although can be crowded especially on peak hours, did not make me feel like it is crowded especially in the food stations. Good job Bai Hotel Team!

In my stay in the Philippines, we stayed in several hotels, as we travelled around. Bai Hotel was the first hotel we pre-booked to stay in. My only regret was that we did not stay longer in this hotel. All the staff was exceptional, and I do not say this lightly as I worked in a hotel many years ago. All Staff was just exceptional, from front desk to house-keeping, from kitchen staff to the wait staff, everyone was exceptionally well mannered, dedicated to their job, efficient, and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an exceptional view from the roof pool area, not to mention the amazing restaurant and lobby area.

I would definitely go back to this hotel 👍🏻
