很好的高級飯店，雖有個商場，但附近比較空曠，出入交通較不便

飯店的空間寬敞，裝潢也很新穎，服務人員態度都很友善，也很願意給予幫助。 可惜的是房間的一些地方是沒有打掃乾淨的，入住時發現有很明顯的髒污在頭側的床單。 不過經過反應之後，服務人員有立即幫我們處理。

飯店附近一片荒蕪，到港口不會塞車

靠近機場的飯店，走路距離可以到一個很近的賣場，Parkmall，工作人員很親切也能慢慢說英文給我們英文不好的人了解。不過要去其他景點的話都需要搭車，大約ㄧ兩百內。

地點位置很好，離碼頭也很近。很推薦家庭入住或是要前往去保和島搭船前可入住飯店

The staff were excellant. The food in the beef roast on the buffet had no flavour.

Convenient checkin and fast checkout.Room is clean and smells good. Staff are courteous and very helpful. It’s great they take record of taxi information whenever guests take cabs.

The place is great , the people is great specially Vi ,Pearl, Darrel and Arian. The y did a great job. They are making sure we have what we need . We surely come back again . Thank you

Very good customer service

This hotel is a one of the best hotel I’ve stayed. You can spend all the day in the hotel. Pool on the roof, Spa, gym, dishes, rooms, etc everything was perfect. Especially, the staff of this hotel is sophisticated. Very kind, warm and professional. I’m gonna go back this hotel again, when I will go cebu.

We stayed for 2 nights, and overall, it wasn’t the most relaxing experience. The rooms were on the smaller side, which wasn’t a huge issue but something to keep in mind if you're expecting more space. One of the bigger annoyances was the elevator situation — despite having 6+ elevators, it took a long time to get on one. That was a bit frustrating, especially when you're in a rush. The buffet was another letdown. It was really crowded, and while the food was refilled, the selection wasn’t that great, and a lot of items ran out quickly. The whole experience felt chaotic, with people constantly waiting for food to be restocked. On the plus side, the pool area had a stunning view, and it wasn't crowded, which made it a much more peaceful experience compared to the rest of the hotel. A big shoutout to the staff, though — they were all incredibly helpful and always seemed happy to assist. Their positive attitude really made a difference in the overall experience.
