I unfortunately arrived late but they greeted me and understood that things happen. I had a crush on the receptionist. Anyways, there's a nice convenient convenience store in front! San Miguel's is now my favorite beer. They can also make some food very good and cheap. Inside there's more stores. There's a gym that had equipment better than any hotel gym I been too. The barn serves good food. There's a hair/beauty shop. Etc! I had ants in my room but they took care of it immediately. I had a great time there. I skeptical when I tried to see it in the map but it's there!

Overall the stay was great. My only two complaints about the location- VERY NOISY!!
Not sure if this was a one time situation, when we stayed, but this time we were awoken by the loud sound of men, laughing, and speaking loudly, at about 4am in the morning…This went on for about 2 hours. Sounded like a party right outside the building, but very close to our room. Very disruptive, especially if you need rest for long trip next day. I hope this was a one-time thing- and we don’t experience that in the future. And the second thing was there was no hot water, for shower!!
Not good!!! We took cold showers, and while taking cold showers, could be considered relaxing, we didn’t feel like that . So they need to address these things. And then they will be amazing!! Thx

I would call this a fleabag hotel.
No top sheet. Just a very old worn out blanket.
It smells everywhere up and down the halls in the rooms. They have the bar if you want to call it that and the gym. If you want to call it that on the 4th floor. So if you're on the third floor, you get to hear banging and clanking all day long. I did not even stay the night. I left 3 hours after I arrived and that was after I changed rooms. There's no smoking but they're smoking on the 4th floor and the air conditioners carry that Smokey air into your room. Do not recommend and not worth the price at all. Buyer beware.

Nice convenient hotel with good secure off road parking
Reasonable sized room with adequate aircon and good wifi.
Hotel is very noisy - Not only the local barking dogs all night, but it is used as a business centre and visitors have no respect for guests, they shout in the alleyways and the rooftop bar area holds parties regularly.
Security is poor due to the number of visitors to different businesses on all floors.
Restaurant is quite good, some dishes are a little quirky but overall service is reasonable.
They do need to learn that when Juice is offered with breakfast, it does not mean Ice Tea, but that is all you get.
There were numerous guests with large dogs in the hotel, all using the car park as a toilet which was not acceptable.

This was my first time to stay in this hotel. New built and the taxi driver cannot find the location, I called the hotel just to give direction to the taxi driver. They have nice room, comfy bed, friendly receptionist. Near from jollibee, 20-25 minutes walk to festival mall.

Quite good, first room had a bit of a smell but was changed to different one without any problem. Preferred standard room because bed was not against wall as it is in studio so both can get in and out easily. Chose the hotel because reviews say good restaurant but when we got there after a long trip we couldn't eat there because of an "exclusive" function so we still had to drag us to SM Mall to eat. Breakfast was too slow almost half an hour waiting for 2 dishes when place is not at all busy is wasting our time in the morning when everyone has plans, no jam or marmelade was available for my buttered toast and no black tea what a joke. Overall quite expensive for what it is. Would probably stay elsewhere next time.
