good location with many different restaurant of different asia countries, and also bars are around, safety also feel good.

There was a strange smell in the room, besides that, everything was okay for its price. The staff was nice.

very noisy at night. wifi signal was bad and many ants in my room. Traffic is okay. near city century mall is very convenient for food and daily supply. my room card malfunction twice during 7 night accommodation. overall is fair

This place is good if you want to just spend the night somewhere and not looking for elegance. The room was outdated but clean. I just needed a place to spend the night to be able to get up and go to a meeting close by.

The only rate I want to give is to the staff. The property is really outdated. Bathtub stains cracked floor smell room carpet tv did not work window has big gap etc. they finally moved me to the newer room but still the same condition.

The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. Loved the area/location, close to so many restaurants/bars/malls. Pretty safe neighborhood to explore. The room was well maintained and clean.

The room needs to be fully renovated carpets are molded and there’s smell in the room. I even got rashes for both of my arms due to hygiene issues. The staff and manager are very kind and professional try to solve the problem for the guests. But have being said, the hotel needs a full renovation.

Room was old and had burns on the carpet, Hot water lasted approximately 1 minute, and the toilet was blocked three times during my stay. I requested a change of room after the first night of my four-night stay. I was not shifted until the last night following me complaining for the third time. The location is fine but thats about it

Honestly I have Mixed feelings regarding this hotel! They originally put me in a Very Dated but extremely large room on the 17th floor, as I arrived after midnight I didn't really care too much as all I wanted to do is sleep and I slept very deeply but the next morning I started noticing a funny smell, but I thought it'd dissipate, so I went out for the day and did my thing, then in the evening when I got back at 1830 I noticed the smell got more intense and I also noticed across the hall and also the unit next to me they were doing construction on and the smell was all the fumes from the paint thiners and other chemicals. I went down to the reception and complained they said all they could do is spray some air freshener in my room, I was not impressed I asked to be moved. I was told it was impossible. I rolled my eyes and walked away. I went out again for dinner this time and came back around 9pm and again the smell got more intense as they left all the doors of the rooms under construction open. I went back and complained again. Finally they offered to move me. They were going to give me a handicap room which was actually smaller than the room that I currently had, I refused then they ended up moving me to a nicer room with a king size bed instead of the queen that I originally had. My 2nd and final night I did sleep well as well in the new room.

Overall good value and amenities.
