It was our first time in Boracay, all of us are senior citizens. When we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed with complimentary fruit drinks, the staff were very helpful and courteous. I booked a suite to standard one bedroom for 3 of us, a couple and my sister for 4 days and 3 nights. Upon checking in they were required to have our identification. I was told that the free breakfast is only for 2 persons, I was a bit disappointed and I told the receptionist that I will talk to the manager. Finally, my request was granted. The place was old but it was clean, the food was delicious but not spectacular. I love the scent of the shampoo and the liquid bath soap. On the negative side, the Wi-Fi was slow, there were no electrical outlets near our bed, no hair dryer. They were very strict not to put any hair color or dye or henna tattoo in their bed sheets or pillow cases. No complimentary bottled water inside the fridge, but there was a water filling station available in the lobby. Overall, we had a nice stay. I give my rating a 3 out of 5. There are things that need to be improved in this hotel.

Staff is very accommodating. They provide all my parent 's request. The food is great and not expensive compared to other restaurant.

The room is so clean and all the staff are courteous. I love this hotel and surely will go back here!

the breakfast buffet is good and the employee also is very nice and also the room is big but we cannot sleep because of the noisy outside like trickle. and the most important is there a lot of mosquito inside the room.

We stayed at Boracay Holiday Resort for 3 days. Their breakfast buffet is great, the menu changes everyday. They have a huge and clean pool. The lifeguard on duty is strict, he sees to it that everyone takes a shower before swimming. The hotel is a 3-5 min walk to the beach, which I like because I love to walk. However, the hotel has a poor wifi connection and the room assigned to us has a weak toilet flush. We didn't bother to complained it because we are at the beach most of the time. Also there's a gasoline smell in the lobby that bothers me. I hope they'll take care of that. Overall, I say that we had a great stay. We loved the pool and they let us check in early btw.

Staff was very kind and nice. Room was incredibly spacious. Big pool 5-10mins walk to beach front. Though the water pressure at our room was very low. Buffet breakfast but not always good. Overall it was a nice stay.

The hotel was okay for what you paid for. The staffs were amazing though I was misgendered in multiple occasions. I think this is a learning experience especially for an American member of the LGBT. The transfer was a bit chaotic and the staffs almost overcharged us. I am glad I was able to assist them and corrected the issue. Overall, I will stay there again but if you want to pay more, there are other hotel accommodations near by.

Too many mosquitoes in the room. We have so many insect bites.. No signal and Wifi is not working. a The room is too small for its price there are rooms a lot bigger and for a cheap price. Staffs are great and the buffet breakfast. Will not recommend it. Thanks.
