当地最高建筑物，临海可以在阳台看到海景。走路到码头，景点，餐馆，7-11和商场都在十分钟内。服务人员比较热情，洗澡水热，空调窗机比较吵不过累一天完全不觉得，房间较小没冰箱。

Very central and cheap. Nice big room, but it was a little dated. Breakfast qas free but very limitted. Pretty close to local marked and that is worth a visit, there are many things to see within worling distance.

No cleaning for 3 days we stayed The air-conditioning was pre 1950s No water in the room No toilet paper Same towels So we cleaned it ourselves However the staff very helpful and kind , would not book again

The building next to the hotel burned and charred the side of the hotel, but we still had a great time

初めてのドマゲティでしたが、三つの価格帯の三か所のホテルを利用しました。中でもC & L ベイ ビュー インが最もコストプァフォーマンスに優れたホテルでした。マニラやセブの同価格帯のホテルと比べても遜色がありませんでした。特にレストランやレセプションのスタッフ、ホテルドライバーの好感度は高かったです。いつでも問題をはらむバスルームの好さは特別でした。清潔でバスタブ等も使い勝手が好く、もちろん湯量も湯温も申し分なかった。 予約段階では禁煙室のみですが、ベランダでの喫煙はリクエストしてOKでした。喫煙者はベランダ付きの部屋を手配しましょう。 ドマゲティは街中や路上での喫煙も指定場所以外は厳しいですので、ユックリ穏やかにタバコを楽しめるのはホテルのみでした。但し新しい法律で全土で基本的にはホテルや飲食店での喫煙は全面禁止になっていますが、今回3か所のドマゲティのホテルを利用しましたが、3か所ともベランダでの喫煙は許可されました。 フィリピンではかなりの数の地方都市を周りましたが、ドマゲティが最も清潔感のある街でした。評判とうりに美しい景観も併せ持って、フィリピンでの外国人の移入先候補一番も納得しました。 因みに物価は安く無かったです。

The room was colorful and friendly. Quiet location. The breakfast buffet was ok. Nice staff. Only a minute walk to the Boulevard.

Having previously lived in the Philippines, I grasp the difference in a world class city major chain and a smaller Philippine city hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by this small hotel’s cleanliness and excellent service. The rooftop restaurant was a favorite for my wife. Their charming service matches larger chain hotels. The setting is “city-but-on-the-beach” and an evening beach walk was a must. We would certainly stay again. The graciousness of the hotel staff reflects the gentle, smiling people of the island. It would be my first choice for my next stay.

It was GREAT! I only booked for a night to see how the place was and since I had an impressive first day, I decided to extend for another night... breakfast was good, definitely one of my favourites in the hotel. The location is very accessible, walking distance from the places of interests in Dumaguete like the boulevard, church and Silliman Univesirty. Close to the port and the bus terminal. And the room will give you a nice view of the city!

Check in was great the bad part no hot water for the first day plus no WiFi for a day and a haft,Customer Service was great very helpful,friendly,from housekeeping to door bell boy offer us umbrella because of rain during our arrival😄Great hotel I can recommend.I will stay again😀

es war sehr schön dort, das Frühstück für mich vielleicht ein wenig zu Asiatisch, aber sonst voll zufrieden.

Mountainview at the terrace of our room is refreshing. .rooftop resto and music at night is relaxing
