1- the buffet breakfast costed me PHP 650 but the quality was bad and selection was very limited. 2- Housekeeping staff was made a lot of noise at the corridor and they did not clean up the toilet bowl in my room. 3- I didn't understand why many door bell ringing during the Friday late night. I was woken up several times. 4- the curtains were difficult to close and open. 5- I like the idea to provide a large drum of drinking water which was enough for a few days. 6- location was great for walking to Worldbex and shopping mall.

The hotel is clean and the surrounding environment is good, it's a great experience

The hotel is very new and clean. The mall of asia is just about 5 min walk, and a shopping mall right next to the hotel. Really value for money.

the bed for the double single room is too small, the distance between two bed is also too close. There are too many pillows if it's a single bed. But I do love the environment, the service, and the staff in the hotel, overall it's still a great hotel to stay with!

Just wanted to share my recent experience. Check-in was super slow, which was a bit frustrating. When we finally got to our room, we were hit with this awful smell that was hard to describe—totally gross! I called the housekeeper, who was really nice and even confirmed the smell. They quickly moved us to a different room, but I just wish the cleaning staff and manager had done a better job checking the room beforehand. It should’ve been ready for guests!

The room is smelly. Bed is itchy. Bathroom is not cleaned properly.
