Due to Typhoon arrived a day earlier than my bookings. Very efficiently and politely at midnight Reception arranged an extra night for my bookings, combined all so I did not have to change rooms. Less than 15 minutes after arrival I was in my room.
After a 9 hour journey involving ferry n bus the effi iency at Reception was a great comfort. Thankyou all staff.

前台服務員非常有禮貌，保安員非常嚴謹，每次回來都要問話及出示證明，有點麻煩。最生氣是保安員幫我們call taxi,是一架非跳錶的士，5分鐘車程php300!!!(跳錶的士30分鐘車程才php230)
房間設施：沒有風筒，要求多個枕頭要另外付款，沒有床被只有被套，水壓非常差，沒有任何梳洗用品。

Kitchen had some utensils adequate for takeout meals. In our 3-night stay, no room cleaning was done, possibly because our stay straddled on weekend days. Spacious enough for 3 guests. Good and safe parking area. In-room breakfast was a plus.
