Due to Typhoon arrived a day earlier than my bookings. Very efficiently and politely at midnight Reception arranged an extra night for my bookings, combined all so I did not have to change rooms. Less than 15 minutes after arrival I was in my room. After a 9 hour journey involving ferry n bus the effi iency at Reception was a great comfort. Thankyou all staff.
