The staff was very accommodating. I had shorted myself a day and they did everything possible to make arrangements for me to stay. This is priceless. The restaurant on the 4th floor is exceptional. The pool, clean and refreshing. A great place to find yourself.

Overall, it was a satisfying stay!! What makes the experience wonderful were the staff. The services were excellent. Although, the cleanliness is just fair enough most especially the toilet, still manageable. However, what makes it a great place to stay is its strategic location that is close nearby to everything and the room accommodation is competitive. The transport transfer was easy breezy. If you want some tour package, the hotel also have it. Excellent stay! Highly recommended!!

簡單素雅的乾淨酒店。走路或搭嘟嘟車去熱鬧的市鎮買東西吃飯都很方便，但酒店房間非常安靜，工作人員都很有才親切，樂意幫忙，整體住宿體驗很不錯！

旅館的地理位置非常好，距離大街只要步行五分鐘，十字架山步行約十分鐘。
除了韓國籍的老板會主動和客人問好，其他員工都不怎麼會打招呼。
到泳池玩水也不會主動提供浴巾，客戶服務的部分真的有點失望。
客房部分喜歡他們淋浴間主動提供大罐的沐浴備品，但是淋浴間窗臺還有上一位客人使用過的垃圾。
早餐的餐點很好吃，份量也很足夠。

The WiFi here is almost non existent, so be aware in case you have work to do on a laptop or phone, the facility itself is very nice, but during my entire stay, there was maybe…. 4 people there? It’s a very strange vibe to have tons of staff serving almost nobody. They did upgrade my room when I voiced some concerns, so that was a plus, but overall I probably wouldn’t stay here again

This place was ok. Do not expect the pristine conditions the photos show. Needs a deep clean and an update. However, the pool is wonderful! Staff were friendly. Wifi works well.

Morgenmaden er ok, men ikke noget særligt.
Restauranten laver simple retter.

Staff were friendly and helpful . Especially the young man who helped with our bags and arranged rides for us. Restaurant staff could have been a little friendlier.

Room was low end and bathroom dirty and old. Had to put sandals on in the shower No place to put your toiletries with small sink. Wife said she wouldn’t give a dog a bath in the pool. However staff was quite friendly and helpful.

For the cost of the room we weren’t expecting luxury - however a huge concern was the amount of black mould in the bathroom all over the ceiling and wall. There were also ants in there (albeit we were already warned about this) but overall basic hygiene in the bathroom and bed sheets was non existent. Even cheap basic hotels should focus on standard hygiene.

Room had a lot of ants. A/c didn't work too well. Booked thru expedia but they claimed to have never received our reservation thru the online system, so we were lucky to have a room. Pictures look a lot nicer than the actual place. Kind of run down feeling (rusty hotel sign, hard pool side furniture instead of lounge chairs, hotel staff don't great you at the front you just walk into the pool area - no guard crew for safety
