Nice place nice pool

Room had a lot of ants. A/c didn't work too well. Booked thru expedia but they claimed to have never received our reservation thru the online system, so we were lucky to have a room. Pictures look a lot nicer than the actual place. Kind of run down feeling (rusty hotel sign, hard pool side furniture instead of lounge chairs, hotel staff don't great you at the front you just walk into the pool area - no guard crew for safety

簡單素雅的乾淨酒店。走路或搭嘟嘟車去熱鬧的市鎮買東西吃飯都很方便，但酒店房間非常安靜，工作人員都很有才親切，樂意幫忙，整體住宿體驗很不錯！

Las fotografías que se muestran en la aplicación de Expedia no se parece a la realidad,les puedo pasar las fotografías de como está realmente el alojamiento.el precio para la calidad que es me parece abusivo.Lo único que se salva es que está céntrico.

Friendly staff.

Its ok but nothing really special. It would be nice if the microwave is free for guest instead of paying 50 pesos per use. That is a rip-off for the guest especially for guest with kids.

Notre séjour a éte catastrophique dans cet hôtel surtout étant donné le prix !!!! L’accueil est exécrable : la jeune fille de l’accueil nous parlait sans nous regarder et ne souhaitait pas nous aider lorsque nous posions des questions. Le wifi est… inexistant. Il y a bien un code mais ça ne capte rien sur aucun de nos appareils. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment médiocre surtout pour le prix (280php) : il y en a de bien meilleurs dans le centre. La piscine de l’hôtel est jolie mais franchement ils auraient pu réfléchir différemment en la concevant : elle est toujours à l’ombre !!!!! Donc trop fraîche. Quant aux chambres… la literie est mauvaise pour une nuit à 60 euros. La Clim ne fonctionne pas bien et fait un bruit de tracteur. Le pompon : à l’accueil on nous accorde un late Check out a 13h30… et à midi cette même personne nous éjecte en nous disant que finalement ça n’est plus possible!!! Nos bagages n’étaient pas prêts… nous avons dû tout faire dans l’urgence!!!! Bref… à ce prix là vous trouverez 1000 fois mieux ailleurs !!!!!!!!

On one hand the staff is very kind. But on the other hand the place isn’t the best bang for your buck. Very uncomfortable beds, small rooms, a/c hardly works in room, tv is grainy and doesn’t work, bathroom is worn down, and not many options at the breakfast that’s included in your stay.

Initially reception couldn’t find our reservation but the staff were friendly, polite and helpful booking us a tuk tuk for departure the next day. On first inspection the room was spacious and pretty good but we couldn’t shut the door without pushing on it and the chain latch was broken. There were ants crawling along the wall, a few bugs on the bed and mould on the bathroom ceiling. The airconditioner was too loud to leave on through the night. The hotel is located a little further out of town but pretty quiet.

We had a nice stay

Beautiful property with the best staff. They are quick and attentive. The property is settled a little off the main streets resulting in a quiet wake up and away from the noise of the main streets night life and music. This property is still very walkable and close enough to restaurants and bars. The staff was helpful in organizing transportation to the airport for my husband and I.

Overall, it was a satisfying stay!! What makes the experience wonderful were the staff. The services were excellent. Although, the cleanliness is just fair enough most especially the toilet, still manageable. However, what makes it a great place to stay is its strategic location that is close nearby to everything and the room accommodation is competitive. The transport transfer was easy breezy. If you want some tour package, the hotel also have it. Excellent stay! Highly recommended!!

Staff could be a little more attentive and ask about the stay. We had no house service and had to request for toilet paper a couple of time. Not much you can do with ants in the place but preventatives would at least show the actions of the hotel in trying

Black mold in the bathroom. AC would switch off. Internet was terrible.
