Location isn't good,but only at night. Airport to hotel only 30 peso but at night will cost double.

離市區真的有點遠,晚上回飯店的路完全沒路燈有點可怕。第一天入住時廁所有嚴重的尿騷味,水龍頭還壞掉,但他們很迅速的第二天就修繕好了。大廳有販賣行程的人員,他們的品質不好,且與外面相比沒有比較便宜,建議於網路上訂行程。整體的服務算還可以,房間也乾淨,便宜的價格已經算不錯了。

Excellent! Very beautiful and charming hotel.

Nice place

The room was spacious and clean. There is a fridge in the room with water in it but the water is very expensive 58php for 500ml. I just got water from the supermarket and put it in the fridge. The staff were friendly but aren't there overnight. I arrived back late after they'd left and the security guard had to sort my room key. There is a pool and a pool side bar/restaurant, which are lovely. The property is NOT beachfront - the beach is a good 1km walk away and has a 300php surcharge. I didn't use the beach because of this and I think that this and the 24 hour reception tag needs to be removed from the listing on the website. The hotel is nice and quiet, a good place to relax.

Beautiful resort style, with huge rooms and wonderful staff

The room was clean, exactly as described. The whole resort was lovely. The service in the restaurant was very slow, but the food was good.

Deep Forest Garden Inn was a very nice stay. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and did the job for a single night. As well as the pool and garden area was very nice too. The only downside was that the location didn't have many shops or restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great stay

I really enjoyed my stay. The food and service was excellent. Also the pool was very pretty.

The atmosphere was very nice and quiet, we liked the location and the nature that surrounded us. The staff were very friendly and helpful; the transportation was very easy and reasonably priced. The tours were much interesting and fun. I would definitely visit here again.

This property is completely falsely advertised online. It's is old, run down and the facilities are out of date. The local staff were lovely and helpful and are obviously doing what they can with what they have. It needs so much work. The bugs in the room on arrival was not ideal. Everything is old and run down. This is not a 3 star hotel and has been falsely advertised with misleading images on Expedia.

Expedia has false advertising with the property, the jacuzzi doesn’t work. Also it’s not a beach front and other amenities don’t work. Very disappointed but staff was amazing with food options.

The hospitality was incredible! This is the real local experience in the forest, with a great pool food and drinks for you to enjoy!

Not on the beach (beachfront property) like Expedia advertises it is and you will get zero help with rectifying or compensating for the miss representation
