gym smelled funny opening hours not 34 hrs but most annoyed room very noise not soundproof can hear street noise couldn’t sleep. front desk staff didn’t care when mentioned on check out i won’t stay with you again i requested a quiet room but got this crappy old room , the bedlinen felt stale , dint feel fresh at all and the mattress war worn out need replacement asap , carpet dirty and smelly not maintained

Understaff at front desk and overstaff at concierge! Poor soundproof and shower was weak, air conditioning unstable and noisy!

The breakfast is superb. The staff are very helpful and efficient

I have been staying at this hotel for the past 12 years, even during the COVID period, so I know very well that the rooms are old. However, this time the experience was simply unacceptable. The room (705) looked fine at first, but during my 5-day stay all the deficiencies became evident: broken drawers, the clothesline in the bathroom was unusable because the cable was missing (only one side of the hook was there), the sink was leaking and flooding the floor every single day, the bathroom extractor fan didn’t work, and the condensation after a shower with the door closed was unbearable. The bathtub had no stopper, so it was impossible to use it for a bath – it only functioned as a makeshift shower tray. On top of that, the bathroom sockets didn’t work, so I had to shave and dry my hair in the room. I have been coming here for over a decade and I know the hotel is old, but this time the room conditions were completely unacceptable and far below the standard expected from a hotel listed on Hotels.com. Very disappointing.

老牌酒店稍微陈旧但是都有齐全，早餐不错，房间宽敞，熨斗坏的，吹风机廉价，提供直饮水很好。位置好。

餐饮特别丰盛，早餐的泰式糕点很特别，我很喜欢，他们家我还住过其它一家都没有这样的选择。 房间大，交通比较方便。

Love my family.its their first and they enjoy it and wanted to come back again.food and service is excellent i think thats the reason they’re top notch.the crew is accomodating,friendly and very helpful! Highly recommended!!!

Very nice rooms. Their king size beds are the California king. The staff are very polite and helpful. Bring your appetite for the meals.

It was an amazing stay. I love the staff and accommodations.

The bathroom fan in room 727 is not operational. Also, most hotels now have smart TV and it is time for Dusit to upgrade the TV into smart TV. It would also be nice to have keurig or coffee machine in the room.

ホテルに入るのに荷物チェックが有る事に驚きますが、セキュリティ上とても良いです。

LAWSONとSMモールの目の前という立地の利便性、朝食のバリエーションも多くとても美味しかった‼︎スタッフの対応も良く、色んなことが迅速でした。2階にあるスパのマッサージの腕がよく、疲れが取れた上に、宿泊者は15%オフで利用できたのが良かった！
